Taste delight in every bite with the richness and milky taste of this Creamy Chicken Curry recipe.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp

oil

1 tbsp

chopped garlic

¼ cup

chopped onions

1 tbsp

sliced ginger

1 kg

chicken cut-ups

½ cup

water

1 tbsp

patis, or to taste

1 sachet

8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

1 cup

cubed potatoes

½ cup

diced green bell pepper

½ cup

diced red bell pepper

1 cup

NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

1 ½ tsp

curry powder

salt & pepper to taste

siling labuyo

Procedure:


  1. Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.

  2. Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.

  4. Season to taste.

Its a familiar recipe, i cooked now and then chicken curry but its not as creamy as what it looks like in this picture..maybe if i have time i can try this one😉
