Just got news now that my co workers were unemployed in an instant because their account is cut off as of this moment and the client didn't renewed their contracts because of trust issues.

You know being in a BPO company for more than two years made me realize that even though you're hardworking, if the account will not work and won't renew then you will be jobless in an instant.

It really saddened me for all of those employees especially now that Christmas is around the corner.
