Goodbye

Hello,

Well it's been a shitty day for me today. At work I get yelled at because as a finance and HR head i need to submit all the necessary document with the soft copies on it. I did comply and submit it on time but still I got an earful from my boss which is always the usual routine fro me everyday.

But what made my day shitty/bad is because we need to lessen our manpower because some projects cannot operate because it's still not normal here. So we need to eliminate those people who are designated on the said projects. As their HR head I interviewed and talked to them one-on-one before and known their backgrounds and all and it's hard for me to bid them farewell

I can't also force the company to let them stay because having too much of laborers will cost much and we can't keep up with that. It really hurts seeing some of our employees leave. They say it's part of reality being employed and then suddenly you got fired and became jobless. I hope that when our situation come backs to normal they'll apply to us again..
