Bread angle samucha
Ingredients:
Bread - ৮ Back.
Eggs - 2
Bread crumbs or biscuit powder - 2 cups.
Magic in taste - 1 packet.
Chicken / Beef - 300g (minced).
Onion chop - 1 cup.
Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon.
Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon.
Testing salt - 2 teaspoons.
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoons.
Salt - to taste.
Sugar - in moderation.
Cinnamon - 2
Cardamom - 2
Hot spices - 1 p.m.
Oil - Quantitatively.
Tomato ketchup - 1 cup.
Soy sauce - 2 teaspoons.
Coriander leaf powder - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation:
First you have to take the breads in a bowl. Now cut the bread on a cutting board with a knife.
Once cut, the bread should be lightly sanded with a roller. Once the sand is taken, it should be left.
Now put a pan on the gas and put enough oil in it. When the oil is hot, stir it with hot spices, cinnamon and cardamom
Once it is stirred, add onion powder, ginger powder and garlic powder and fry a little.
When it is fried, add ginger paste, garlic paste, magic to taste, a little sugar, salt, seasoning salt and add chicken mince or beef mince.
Once given, you have to cook for a while by stirring well.
Then after cooking for a while, add tomato ketchup and soy sauce and stir again.
In this way you have to cook for about 8/10 minutes If necessary, it should be covered with a lid
Then when it is mixed, you have to take it down
Now take the sandy breads by hand and wrap them well with chicken mince or beef mince in any shape like samuchar. So that it does not open in any way.
If necessary, water should be used when turning
Once wrapped, dip the samuchas in the egg and then coat well with bread crumbs or biscuit powder.
Now you have to put dubotel in another pan with gas.
When the oil is hot, fry it with the samuchagulo on a low flame till it turns brown
When it is fried, you have to take it down
Now pour it in a nice serving dish and serve it as desired. The hot, delicious and very fun bread is all over the corner.
