Mastering your feelings

You are in command of your everyday moment to moment thoughts. Quiet the mind, and practice mindfulness by always coming back to the moment, or reminding yourself to remain there. Be firm and whip your mind into shape, say Come back to the moment, and remain here, as you would speak to a rampant child. You are not your thoughts, why not replace them with positive affirmations, and joy and enthusiasm for life?

If our bodies are electro magnetic, would the feelings of joy attract more things to feel joy for in your life experience? Would feeling sorrow all the time re affirm to yourself to bring more situations in your life to feel sorrow?
