How to make coffee jelly

Ingredients:

1 can condensed milk

1 can nestle cream

1 can evaporated milk

2 packs of unflavored gelatin (I prepared black one than no color)

4tbsp powdered cofee

1/4 kg brown sugar

1/4 sago (optional)

First step is to cook the gelatin . In a 1.5 liters of water I dissolved 2packs of unflavored black gelatin then put some sugar( 1/4 cup) and 1 tsbp of powdered cofee. Cook it in medium heat not in high because it will rise and flow (if you don't want to panic listen to me 😂😂😂) stir it occasionally and let them boiled for about 10-15 minutes then turn off the fire and transfer it in Tupperware. Let it cool and became solid.

Second step is the SAGO. First , boiled the water before you put the sago. Then cook it in a medium heat for about 20-30mins. After 20-30 mins turn off the heat and let it sit for a while to cook it completely then wash it with cold water so it won't stick to each other then put some sugar for better taste.

Third step is the wet ingredients. Combined the evap, condensed and nestle cream. Stir it until they mixed completely then put 1/2 cup of sugar, 2tsbp powdered cofee and mixed again. If its too sweet you can add a cup of water.

When the jelly is already solid you can cut it in cubes or whatever shape you want and mixed it in our wet ingredients.

I separate the sago because some of us don't like it and some just want a little amount of it.

There you have it! Our coffee jelly is done! Make sure to chill it before serve or if you can't wait to taste it just put some ice 😉😋
