Every one of us loves to eat different kinds of food. Actually, this is our hobby. But did you know it could be turned out into a disorder?
This is an individual's eating behavior; whether it is from the lack of eating or overeating. Anyone of us is at risk with an eating disorder women, men, and even children are risk; no one is considered immune to this. There are many risks to having an eating disorder. When someone has an eating disorder, they usually have underlying mental issues.
We are having an eating disorder because we want to maintain our body, we don't want to gain weight, we don't want to look obese this can cause or this may lead us to have or to be anorexic.
Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder as I said. Most of having this kind of disorder are women. This eating disorder is about to maintain the shape of the body, don't want to gain more weight, don't want to look obese.
Bulimia nervosa is a disorder where you want or you eat a lot of food every day, every minute. This is a behavior where you always want to vomit. You're out of control when you're eating something you want it a very large amount. This can happen to anyone.
Then there's also a fact that eating disorders are an indication of a mental problem. Anorexia is often tagged with a few depression symptoms but not all though
