Your vote, our future Election is coming and you can see tarpaulins and campaign ads everywhere. Did you know the meaning of election? ***ELECTION*** is an organized process in which people vote to choose a person or a group of person to be in official position. We are choosing between John or Peter who is the best to be on that position. We, as a good citizen in our country have rights and responsibility to participate in our goverment by registering to vote and voting in election. By voting, all people have a voice in their government and help to ensure thar the democratic representative system of our government is maintaines. Staying informed is our rights. How to choose someone you will vote?
Choosing who we want to vote is hard but we need to be wisely. What is your reference to vote? Is it the one who have big campaign ads or who have a nice photo? Or maybe the one who have a nice campaign jingle that you want to dance everytime you hear it, or the one who belong in the famous and well known family or the one who you always watch in television. It is hard right? All of them have a good promises everytime they are delivering their speech but how do we know if they will keep their promises. They are all saying that this and that will be made which we don't know if they are sincere or not. They keep promising change but they dont really change anything. It is so easy to make all kind of promises during the campaign period. It is like courtship between you and the politician. Politician will promise you the moon and the stars to get your vote. What you need to be looking is their track record. What have they actually done? Pay attention to their actions, not on their words. Even me, choosing is giving me a hard time. Last night my parents are talking about a son of a former politician. He is running as a councilor in our place. My father said if he got his father's attitude, he is good to vote. But for me, how can we know? Father and son sometimes are different. I'm not against on anything that they said, I am just looking for someone who deserves to vote. I'm not against on all them. For me, what we need to do is to follow our instinct and guts. Follow our heart who we want to vote. It is our right to choose someone we want to be in that position. It is hard but we need to be wise. How to do it? Just listen to your family open forum about it, for sure they will talk about election specially it is coming nearly. Choose wisely, not because their jingle campaign song make us to be in LSS...HAHAHA. Yesterday I don't know if I will laugh or mad because of the jingle that I hear all day.... I said to my brother that I almost memorize the song because of that..HAHAHA. Its hard choosing of who were to vote. There are lots of promises as usual. Bsta kng sino ung feel ko ung ang iboboto ko hahaha. Kaya nga binuto ko si president ngayon kasi feel ko sya at may tiwala ako sa kanya. And look at now, he truly lift up the country despite many challenges and calamities. Same content of my article. We should vote wisely. To be wise enough, you're right we should follow what's in our hearts and not what is dictated by other people. We're responsible and accountable for whatever our decisions made.
Because election is coming, that's why we have same ideas in mind. Yeah not because they want that person, you want them also, no... Your choice, your decision but decide wisely.

I already have a choice for this elections and its that my parents and my siblings have different choices for Pres. Haha. Hoping that after this elections, our country will be more prosperous.

I hope every voter will take time to read and search about the candidate's platform and track record and not just vote according to blind fanaticism and hype.
Yes that is very true, sometimes they choose who is the famous one, not on the credibility and integrity.
When it comes to politics, I don't trust any political leader, but voting in the elections and determining the choice gives the right to criticize in positive or negative situations that may occur.
We are the same, for me they are all the same in some aspect, they are all saying promises but nothing change...hehe
We cannot allow politicians who has no heart in our country to rule. Although, they all deserved to win, but what's their vision for our country? I do not know who's right to vote. However, we know who's righteous and transparent.

Giving a lot of good promises and plans for the country's future is one of the tactics of all politicians when elections are being held. We don't know if it's just pure words to gain the attention and vote of people or if they just purely want the best for our country. Whatever it is, I am hoping that the right leaders will sit in the designated position in the government.
