I feel broke 🙃

Good day read.cash fam. I was not able to write an article yesterday coz Im a little bit busy, yesterday supposed to be my RD but I was instructed to render duty in other branch. Its been more than 3 weeks since I cameback to my work.

Im a bit asar or badtrip these past few days, coz when I cameback and checked my payslip and there are advances that was deducted to my maternity benefits. Im really confused how come that there were advances while in my computation the amount that was given to me when I have given birth is lack of almost 20k. So I just thought that 20k will cover my employee card that I used last Christmas holiday to buy groceries and shop some stuff and the remaining will be for the payment for my sss contribution, pag ibig and other mandated goverment contibution. But when the payday came my net pay is only 10 pesos lol.

So I called our HR to ask what are the advances that were deducted to my maternity benefits and also deducted to my earning this cut off. Coz the company should be shoulder the salary differential since the maximum amount that SSS can give is only 70k to fill in my basic salary the company should pay the shortage.

Of course its kaperahan so I should have known what is right for me haha. At sa hirap ng buhay ngayon 😂.

So when I talked to HR yesterday she cannot explain clearly how come that I have deduction as advances while the amount given to me is kulang pa nga . Ako pa may utang lol. Since Time keeping department is different from payroll she just told me that she will endorse my concern and will give me the computation of my maternity benefit.

So I just hope that it clears up everything. Since this is the first time that I have given birth Im not sure if salary differential is mandated or it depends to your company. But when I asked naman HR if wala bang salary differential meron naman daw.

So I just really hoped that there is salary differential and they can settle it right away, coz as of this moment I really feel broke haha.
