Customer is always right?

Since I was hooked to the kdrama "The Veil" which is I currently watching Im a little bit busy lol, thats why I was not able to make an article yesterday. One of my favorite genre of a series is action thriller which make you excited for the next episode . And you cannot wait long to finished it until the end ๐Ÿ˜. That's why I love kdrama they awake your curiosity and you will not notice the long time you already spent watching it. Anyway my topics is not about that Kdrama.

With regards to the title of this article, nah I completely disagree. Yes the customer is the bloodline of a business, without them the business will not sustain its owner and employees. Customers are not always right but instead I believe that Customer are always first. It is one of the core value that was taught to me on my first company which I follow until now.

The customer is always right dialogue is one of the abused excuse of those customer who does not know how to understand and feeling entitled duh ๐Ÿคจ. All of us are customer whether you buy to a small store to buy candies you still consider as a customer. But not all of us became part or have experience to be in a retail industry or any industry that focusing in a customer service.

As a customer, is there any time or incident that you feel irate to the one who gave you the service either a cashier or a waiter? And if it happened what you did?

There are lots of time where I experience not so good customer service such as giving the wrong order coz the cashier is not attentive or the cashier is too slow to the point that falling in line already consumed your breaktime and many more.

For a customer's perfective who does not have any experience in a retail industry, you will easily feel irritated and disappointed if you know that you was not given a good service. For example you have to fall in line and spent some of your precious time just to buy your food, especially when you are just on break. It will definetely will challenge your temper. But in a person who is on the same field, you will understand what took them so long to provide the service that you need. Some cause of the delay is also other customer. There are some customer who already fall in line for minutes but when they reached the counter to order, thats the only time that they will choose what they are going to order. There are also possible reason such as lack of manpower due to sudden absence of some crew or any things that affected the store operation. But it is different if the scenario is if the crew or staff is chatting with other staff that makes their service slow, or those staff who act rude, those are untolerable for me.

As a customer all of us are expecting a good service everytime that we enter a establishment wether it is a food industry or a retail industry. And we are disappointed if it was not given to us. But I hope that before we release our anger be reasonable first. Think before you act. Do not act as if you already pay for the life of a staff the way you cursed at them. There are right way to handle your disappointment and be civil enough to raise your concern to the right person. Shouting and coursing others does not make you superior, it is only shows how uncivilized you are.

As someone who provide customer service, make sure that you know how to do your role as what is expected from you by the company and by the customer and it is giving the best and efficient service.

For me, it's not customers always right. kasi may pagkakataon po na minsan hindi tlaga reasonable yung galit ng ibang customers and there are times na minsan ginagamit ng customers ang estado nila sa buhay sa pagtrato nila.

Oi oi, action, thriller and mystery genre is the best lalo sa kdrama ee. Mag iisip ka talaga if sino ang masama or what.

Anyways, customers is always right shouldn't be apply sa lahat ng costumer. Mga mga costumer na inaabuso yong rights nila as costumer ee. Sarap lang nilang anuhin.
