Few ingredients are used, although it will depend on the person who makes it and the arrangement of the ingredients for the moment.

Ingredients:

  • A banana.

  • Egg.

  • 250 grams of wheat flour.

  • 100 grams of sugar.

  • A glass of water.

Preparation:

The banana is grated, the wheat flour, sugar and the water are added in the cup, enveloping movements are made in the mixture so that all the ingredients are incorporated.

When it has the desired consistency, place the pan in the kitchen with a moderate flame so that it does not burn, smear the pan with a little oil, add the mixture and give it the shape of a circle.

It is cooked on both sides, being golden is a sign that it is ready. You can fill the pancake with: butter and cheese, also on other occasions, you can put arequipe, chocolate, honey, raw fruits ... This food offers the possibility of varying it with other ingredients, in this way the family will have a pancake on their table with a different filling, it is very rich, make it you will not regret trying it ...
