Hello! this might be the sign that you should now start taking care of your mind and body. Always maintain a healthy life style to enjoy life. You should start by drinking atleast 8 or more glasses of water everyday this will help you hydrated. Do some exercise, a regular exercise will help you to improve your muscles strength and endurance so your body will not gets tired easily when do hard works, it can also help to improve your mental health. Eat healthy foods, like whole grains, healthy fats and proteins, vegetables and fruits. You can also do the things that makes you smile or laugh it’s good for your emotions.
Also, one of the best medicine for your mind and body is to have a peaceful heart and mind, start removing toxic people in your life and try to have a vacation to unwind/relax. Because having a healthy mind means having a healthy body.
