It's been a busy day last Saturday.
I decided to declutter some of my clothes and gave them to my churchmates whose daughters may wear them. I gave dresses, skirts, pants, shorts and blouses.
Then in the afternoon we had a long list of itinerary (as what my nephew consider it). First we went to the tailor to followup my uniform and have some pants cut. Then tried to pay at the network provider but unfortunately they are already closing. So we will just return the next day.
Next stop is my nephew's school. He has been homeschooled because of the pandemic. He just finishes his modules at home and had no idea about his school so we let him see the school. Fortunately one teacher is still there and let us in. Our boy roam around the playground and he repeatedly went up and down the slide. Then played with the swing and said goodbye to the teacher.
We then went to buy him new pants and he asked us to buy him also spiderman Shirts.
The other day, my mom promised to let him see the Capitol's Christmas lights decorations. But it's not yet dark so the lights are still of that we decided to eat dinner first at KFC.
After which, we went to the Capitol. There are a lot of Christmas Decorations around the place. My nephew became so excited to see and touch those lights. Although already dark, you can seem to see the sparks in his eyes as he runs around. There were a lot of people at the place. It seems magical that after a long time children and a lot of people can freely go around and appreciate the beauty of the Capitol.
It is more evident that it will be a happy Christmas. I just hope the virus will soon vanish and will never return.
So that was our Saturday. It was a day well spent I guess.
Quite tiring but happy one.
How's your Weekend?
