Entry 0101: The Prohibition

Date: March 20, 2030.

Reality has been rewritten. Governments, in an unprecedented act, have exterminated cryptocurrencies. Today, my digital diary records the chaos: the OMP has decreed the end of an era and the birth of a centralized digital currency. Exchange platforms, once symbols of autonomy, are now ghosts in the network.

The world's stock exchanges, those monsters of steel and data, have skyrocketed, while digital souls watch their savings evaporate. The streets, now a game board for law enforcement, have become tinged with despair and violence.

Confidence in the free economy is dead. The PMO, with its iron fist, subjects us to its will. We have been reduced to mere bytes in their vast network of control, while the real powerful operate from obscurity.

My savings have dissolved into the ether. I survive on the edge of existence, each digital credit a battle. Hopelessness consumes me, and in this cyber world, I have become just another echo of the system.

This journal, my last bastion of individuality, is witness to the dystopia that envelops us. Here, in the penumbra of the net, I document the silent struggle against the psychological terror that stalks us.
