Since recent years Venezuela has been in the news in almost all the American continent and also in other parts of the world due to the deep economic, political and migratory crisis that has been going on and worsening since the death of Hugo Chavez Frias and the ascension to power of Nicolas Maduro Moros. And in this article I will give an explanation to understand what is currently happening as well as the possible causes that gave rise to this situation from its possible origins, an explanation given not by an academic -which is my case- but by an ordinary person who has decided to investigate and study this reality to understand it and share his vision with others. I hope I can explain myself as well as possible for your understanding, so let's begin.

Present time

We will call the present time not precisely today or the year in which we live but the recent years in which the problems in Venezuela worsened, which would be the year 1998, the year in which Hugo Chavez Frias, a former military man who came to command a coup d'état in 1992, with two failed attempts in which he was arrested in the first one and in the second one he was organized by his participants. Hugo Chavez came to power thanks to the bad management of the previous governments, in which political power was retained by two of the main political parties of the time, such as A.D. (Acción Democrática) and C.O.P.E.I. (Comité de Organización Política Electoral Independiente); both parties took turns in the management of the national government, but only A.D. managed to have an absolute majority with its presidential representatives in charge. In addition to the political instability and the high level of corruption and exhaustion of the party system, there was also a very poor distribution of wealth among the population, resulting in a considerable part of the population living in poverty despite the economic income generated by oil, which in turn was the only source of income.

Once Hugo Chavez is appointed President of the Republic, he proposes and carries out the change of the constitution to give way to a new government project, in which he focuses more on social issues and less on private economic capital, so that the national government recognizes and stimulates the creation of small and/or medium-sized cooperative companies, and on the other hand, the Venezuelan nation becomes more responsible in creating public good companies for the creation of products or service providers. All this generated an increase in public spending of the Nation, so that the number of public employees working for the State increased, so that the levels of corruption and deficiency rose considerably.

After the death of Hugo Chavez and still persisting the political instability in Venezuela due to the fragility of the State institutions and the insertion of the military into the world of politics and management of the Venezuelan State assets, Nicolás Maduro Moros assumes power, so it is from this moment on that the problems worsen, on the one hand, street protests led by young students called guarimbas are generated, On the one hand, street protests led by young students called "guarimbas" began to take place, food products began to disappear from the stores and the population had to look for them in other ways such as the black market at extremely high prices, also among the population the idea of leaving for other countries due to the problems mentioned above and the loss of the economic lifestyle they had until that moment began to be handled. As for the political parties having as representatives Juan Guaido, Maria Corina Machado, Leopoldo Lopez... being adversaries to the national government, they intensify their struggle against them but without any success despite receiving unconditional support from the United States under the presidency of Donald Trump, during his years in office.

It must be said that today the situation has worsened considerably, hundreds of thousands and thousands of people are abroad, most live in the countries of the Latin American region, others are in North America, and to a lesser extent in Europe, mainly Spain; people are still leaving by irregular routes because they do not have the required documents required by the countries to which they decide to arrive, mainly to obtain visas, so people are undocumented without money and without job offers at the time of their arrival. As for those who are inside the national territory, they must work very hard having several jobs to generate income that in the best of the cases can reach $100 per month. The rates of insecurity concerning robberies by criminals towards the population have decreased due to the same crisis but have been on the rise are cases of sexual abuse that is more focused on minors by adults, on the other hand there are cases of suicide. As for the quality of basic services for homes and businesses such as: water, electricity, sanitation, telephony, have been deteriorating due to the lack of investment by companies and the low costs to be paid by users.

Now, with all that has been previously exposed, we can understand what is happening at this time and the causes we have mentioned but superficially, so we will address these points in more depth.
