3 anime series considered cult
The series that are going to be mentioned below I have labeled them as cult series because they are productions that have a richness in terms of their animation styles, as well as their plots and music that is used at all times. Even so, they may not be for some people who have already seen them, that is why I invite you to leave your impressions at the end of this publication. And now let's get to know each one of them.
Serial Experiment's Lain
A teenager finds the bad news that one of her classmates has committed suicide after throwing herself from the top of a building, and her death has shocked all the rest of her classmates, but because after that event an email begins to spread to each of them saying that she has not died but is well within the Nexus. From that moment Lain Iwakura begins to investigate more about the matter when she gets home, and when she turns on her computer she reads the same message.
Samurai Champloo
Fu is a girl who is on the trail of a man she nicknames "the samurai who smells like sunflowers", and to do so, she will have the help of Jin and Mugen, both samurai who also lead wandering lives. The three will live a series of adventures along the way while developing a friendship between them; and in turn converge within the customs of ancient Japan with the culture of graffiti, hip-hop, among others that are of our times.
Death Note
Laight is a young student of a high school in Japan and stands out for being applied for his studies, and his intention is always to be the best. One day walking through the corridors of the place where he studies, he comes across a strange notebook, which has the power to end the lives of those whose names have been written in it. This produces in Light a feeling of power and justice that he will apply from the first moment, and in which he will always be under the watchful eye of Ryuk, a demon who owns the notebook, and L, a detective who will be on his trail until he finds him and brings him to justice.
As you may notice, all these series are aimed at an adult audience due to their violent content, mystery, horror, among others. And it may be required to give more attention to the plot to some of these for its level of complexity as far as the plot is concerned.
I hope you enjoy them all. I'll say goodbye, but before that you can leave your opinions in the comments box, I'll be glad to read them with attention.
Without further ado, I'll see you in the next installment. See you then.
