Happy weekend, noise friends, hope all is well? Been wanting to share this simple food adventure of mine since... Simple I say because it's just hard boiled egg and I had done a little tweaking with its yolk. I carefully cut in two this hard boiled egg. Remove the yolk and mashed them with a fork, put in mayo with cucumber pickles, a bit of salt and pepper and mixed. Then I carefully put it back in the hollow of the eggs. I was to sprinkle cayenne pepper on top but we have none so I used paprika instead. I think they look beautiful♡♡♡.
