Good morning Monday and to all of you read.cash family! May your day will be fruitful and even the sun didn't shine at this time right now, it's a cloudy morning and there's a possibility to rain any time soon.don't forget to bring your umbrellas or raincoat before going to your work.

Cyberbully is among the top cybercrimes in the Philippines .And it needs quick actions from our government or in their respective agencies who hold this kind of fundamental problems in our country.

Cyberbullying is a kind of harassment and also known as online bullying.because of our advanced technology,they are targeting among teenagers and it is not an easy to not give an attention about it because cyberbullying is truly a dangerous kind of matter in the world of technology modernization.

Bullying online is their best way to interacts to a people by sending or posting mean,hurtful and intimidating messages mostly coming from an anonymous individual that all their goals is to destroy someone's life.

As I observed in this particular situation, this problem is still on the line. continues pestering in this society and everywhere around the world.and their most target is the young ages or the teenagers.

I've come to this kind of issue because Im aware that our children are exposed too much in social media sites and we cannot determine all the access on their everyday activities while they are active in the advances of technology.

What would be the effects of cyberbully?

It can cause mental health problem. our mind affects so much tension, anxiety, panic attack, and can perform violently in action and low self-esteem. As I've seen in news,it caused too much trauma to a person who was a victim in cyberbullying, some commit suicide as they cannot endure so much pain,shameful for theirself and for the families get involved it makes them guilty at all.

How to prevent in cyberbully?

As parents,its our obligation to supervise our children and avoid them as much as we can to experience this kind of bullying. To educate them the proper use of social media sites and put a boundaries or limitations in using it.have a time to talk and discuss in your children about the cause and effect of cyberbully,to be aware for them what they need to do if they encounter bullying online.

Causes of cyberbully

• Depression and anxiety

• Trauma

• Low self-esteem

• Violent reaction

• Physical and emotional stress

• Loner

People suffering all these kind of threats,mostly it takes them on a tough decision to end their life so badly.

Cyberbullying is dangerous..

It needs to be taken seriously,it is not a joke that we can laugh at and can affect in a whole time of you life.be aware to those kind of situation like this.if theres someones sending you messages an unknown address.don't entertain and you should report it immediately to execute an investigation. this should be stopped as soon as possible.to protect our young people from so many undesirable moments in their lives.
