August, 20 World Honey Bee Day. Honeybees, or spell honey bees, are social insect also called as eusocial which means they more socially organized insects in the world. They live in group which include a Queen, drones, and workers. Known for their black and yellow color, they are producing honey for over 100 million years and are very helpful in process of pollination. Honeybees are extraordinarily important to the world's food supply: nearly $20 billion of the value of U.S. crop production is because of honeybees. One out of every three bites of food we take is pollinated by honeybees. Foods like berries, nuts, fruits, vegetables, honey, and coffee wouldn’t exist without the fuzzy buzzers.
