A quick, easy cake with Turkish biscuits and coconut filling.
Ingredients:
1 pack of Turkish biscuits
1l of milk
2 sweet sour cream puddings
100 g of margarine
200 ml sweet sour cream
200 g of coconut
10 tablespoons of sugar or to taste
Preparation:
We divide the biscuit into 4 parts, by stacking them on the table in 4 rows, one on top of the other and seeing what kind of pan or hoop we need. Adjust to your measurements.
Stir the pudding and sugar in 200 ml of cold milk, and bring the rest of the milk to a boil. Arrange the first row of biscuits in the tray, it is not necessary to soak in milk. When the milk boils, boil the pudding and stir until it thickens. Remove from the heat, then add the margarine and mix until it melts and combines with the pudding. After that, pour in the sweet sour cream and mix it as well. Finally add the coconut and combine everything.
Put the filling on the biscuit layer, place the biscuit, filling, biscuit again and a little more filling on top. Leave to cool and refrigerate to set. Decoration of your choice. Cut into cubes and serve.
