A YouGov poll of 2,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 asked several questions about mental health and suicide. 42% of men polled had, at some point, had a consideration or thought of taking their own lives.

32% of these "didn't want people to worry about them" which is... well, rather tragic, considering they are in exactly the state that might warrant worry, guidance, and help.

Right now, some of you reading this are going through struggles. Some of them are so tiny you barely take note of them - but they add up. Maybe you have a little pain in your side and don't want to worry anyone. Your anxiety is getting worse but, "I can just power through."

You don't have to do anything. If you don't feel ready to discuss your sexuality with your religious parents, it's none of my business. Maybe you'll never be able to do that because of circumstances out of your control.

Find someone, though.

Telling people to go talk to a loved one is kind of hit-or-miss, many people who are struggling are in their situations precisely because they can't go to their family for help. If you do have a relative or best friend who has been understanding and receptive to you, talk to them.

The Coronavirus has brought about a rise in telehealth technology, so you might try looking for a web-based appointment with a trained psychiatrist who can help you work through the jumble in your head.

Play social games or join supportive communities to find people to talk with online. Share your experiences, the whole depth of them. I know it can feel terrifying, but there are people who are willing and who WANT to help you, to know you.

If you start sharing your deepest fears and communicating closely with people, you will find that everyone is afraid and just doing their best, deep down. Good friends care about you, and when they know what is going on in your life, they will want to help you. I want to help you.

Things will never get better in this world until we form a common social bond that can't be destroyed by petty disagreements or politics. Only when we learn to love and forgive our fellow people, will we have the tools to love and take care of ourselves.

I agree that things will never be better if we don't have a common understanding of each other like what happened in the past: wars. And of course, we need to learn to love others by who they are, accept differences and avoid discrimination. Also forgive, not just for others but for you to have peace in life.

Find someone and also, be that someone who can lend an ear or shoulders for others.

We have to cry out or share our problems and struggles so we feel lighter. And it's not weakness like others think. That's looking after our mental health. And I hope we have that time for our family, friends or strangers in need. You'll never know how a minute of listening or a smile or positive words can make others feel better.

Share and Listen.

They need guidance by their families and friends. Because of COVID 19 pandemic - socializing to other peoples are affected (Face to Face Interaction) . It is better to communicate or bond using new technology, Group chat using social medias, playing games online with friends and bonding home with a family.
