Hey noise-rs! How's Tuesday been treating you? Some just woke up, and some, like the far East, already has half day gone. It is yet another busy day for me; but thanks to @dbfoodbank and @pwdsmartfarmability who has been guiding us all about food security, instant food from shelves does not need to be eaten just like that. Just add some fresh greens, and the whole meal that is just to fill the belly becomes quite wholesome. I learned from a host in Antwerp who taught me that mashed potato with spinach. This is definitely a totally different level of yumminess! At least I liked it haha. Have you tried mashed potatoes with spinach before? #brunch #quickfood
