Since the pandemic, a lot of stores are closed and ordering online can be really expensive (per plate) Good thing for YouTube and the ability to still get squid (wow didn't know it is so expensive now!) I was able to make this home made char kuey teow! Mom cooked a wetter version because dad preferred that, I did the dryer version. 😂 How would you guess this plate would cost?
