Finally! 4 hours ago the kidney transplant was a success! The mother (my friend) is recuperating well despite the post surgery pain; but her daughter is now in the most crucial 24-48 hours time in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) where her body needs to adjust to the new kidney as both her current kidneys no longer functioning. We are all praying that she will recuperate well the next 24-48 hours. No infection and no rejection of her mother's kidney.

I have been trying out different combinations to make a less hard and dry waffle, and this is almost there. Usually waffles and pancakes has a 1:1 ratio; but this time I have a 2 🥚 : 1 flour + 1 yogurt ratio. The texture turned out a lot like those Taiwanese egg-waffles; just that it is a little too watery. I think I might just need to add a tiny bit more flour just to make a not runny batter for an ultimate yummy breakfast.
