Many ask, what is Christmas in the middle of the pandemic? Are parties still left and right? Will malls and sights be flooded? Can we go from house to house for caroling? Can you still have crisp money and gifts?
These are the traditions that teenagers, especially kids, are really looking forward to. For them, this is the time when their wishes come true after a year of kindness. The same goes for the elderly, who are still excited about gifts, reunions and of course bonuses.
However, we are in a situation where these things may not happen first.
This is due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19 which, still needs to be taken care of and avoids any chance of the virus spreading further.
In addition, many do not have enough skills for the usual Christmas routine. Work, business are affected and there are things or expenses that need more focus.
However, this is not an obstacle to celebrating Christmas. Let us remember the true meaning of Christmas - gratitude and love.
Let us be thankful that despite the trials we continue to live and resist.
Above all, let us use the opportunity to show love to each other.
This is the gift we must give to the youth. Let us teach them that the best gifts are life, family, and a happy home.
ADVANCE MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
Children go from house to house? To do what exactly?/ I hope you enjoyed your days. 🍀💕
