How to find your peace

whenever something upsets us we think that it is something much much stronger than us and that we can't deal with it in such moments we don't know if it's something inside or from the outside environment then an ego comes on the scene that says it's always someone else's fault is destiny, etc. if there is peace in us, then nothing can disturb us so much, and if there is unrest in us, even in paradise, we will be bad. we always see all sorts of events around us but I am always surprised by the occupation of people by what is outside without even thinking about dealing with themselves. all around me there is some dissatisfaction all who show it in essence show only one great unrest in their soul. they say that the Virgin was among the Gentiles but still did not sin because of the peace she carried within herself.
temptations cannot be escaped and we will always wonder if we did everything right and the ego will constantly persuade us not to. wherever we are and whatever blessings we have around us, we will not have peace if we have not provided it for ourselves first. peace is related to negative emotions, hatred, anger, rage, etc. when we do something beautiful and full of love we get even more love in return compassion means investing in your knowledge, wisdom and strength in relationships with other people it means living at full capacity and expecting nothing in return. only unconditional love will strengthen our peace so that no one can change us.
