When I feel anxiety, depression then I prefer to spend time with nature.NAture is a good friend to me which will not leave me alone.
Nowadays I am spending more time with nature to heal myself mentally. And I took a lot of pictures of nature too it's like a good memory for me.
Being alone is the best thing for me but spending time with nature is necessary for my life. when I feel saad then I spend time with beautiful flowers and green trees. It helps to relieve me and I can focus on myself too.
