How To Cope with depression

Depression is a disorder that causes a feeling of sadness and anxiety.


There are a lot of people who are suffering from depression I want to tell you simple ways how to cope with this



  • Maintain your sleep routine (minimum sleep should be of 8 hours)


  • Do some exercise daily.


  • Make new friends who support you always


  • Try to be busy with different things


  • Take proper healthy fruits and vegetables.


  • Try to write your anxiety on a paper, let the pen bleed.


  • Try to share with someone and try to get the solution to this

  • If you are in an extreme case and you having suicidal thoughts, then take some sessions from the psychiatrist start antidepressant treatment after prescribed by doctors.


  • Try to share with your family, which thoughts are bothering you.


  • you can make a sketch and show your frustration, you can write a poem so that your pain becomes less.


  • Spend your time with nature will help to heal you.


  • Always pray to Allah, He will give you strength.
