"As a 21st century learner, how useful listening is?"

As a 21st century learner, I have come to realize that listening is fundamental in attaining one's dreams and wants; of what he ought to become in life. Many people have undergone worse because their viewpoints weren't given a chance to be heard of. Perhaps, Listening, truly, is the soul of every relationship and others may not be aware of this, but listening also is the secret key to acquiring the best version of you, yourself, will ever be. It makes relationship stronger in a way that when both parties are willing to listen to each other's dispositions and perceptions and knows how to comprehend, evaluate and understand deeply what that person wants to tell you, then eventually, it will serve as the bridge that will help build the broken pieces.. now reforming it into an unbreakable chain of love that one thought will never be possible to happen. Listening- one word that's composed of three syllables containing three vowels and six consonants in it. Is Listening just really a word?? A single word with a simple meaning?? I bet, many will contradict to such statement, and even I, do disagree with it. Listening is an intrinsic part of communication. EVERYTHING STARTS WITH LISTENING. Without this process, there will be no successful interaction that will ever come to exist in this world full of beaut and mystery. For it does not only mean, simply hearing the words that comes out from one's mouth, but for the reason that it implies listening as hearing with comprehension and understanding. Yes, some may be unconscious of this fact but listening is like a pair of things that can never stand alone without the presence of its partner. If there is no such thing as Listening, then how can we save ourselves from the threat of drowning by ourselves alone??
