Yesterday i shared my photo of getting medal 🏅 from our medical officer.. i also got another medal 🏅 for roop pulling..10 member participate from each team.. there our team members of roop pulling.. our team name was Falcone Fighters.. There was an interesting program , name is best dressed up award.. luckily i was nominated for this award.. i will post about this tomorrow

#Best_moment_ever I get medal 🥇 for female badminton champion.. this is the best moment in my life because for the first time I'm wearing medal because of winning the game.. our respected MD ( Medical director) sir wearing me medal 🏅.. i am very grateful for that.. When i listen MD sir will wear me medal, i got so happy.. you know what he is so smart, classy and dedicated person i have ever seen.. he is my crush too😍.. my happiness is expressing in this photo.. #goodevening

Because there is no sunlight for 5 days.. Today i expect the sun will rise and decrease cold... I was harassed looking for the remote from the afternoon. When I didn't find it anywhere, I thought it was thrown out of the window. I forgot to cook rice thinking about the remote. Now when I go to take rice for cooking rice, I see this situation. Put everything inside the rice bowl.

Most delicious snacks ever.. Noodles is perfect snacks to meet with hunger immediately.. when i got hungry i immediately made a packet of spicy noodles and grave it.. When i go for long journey , i also cook this special for my journey which made me comfortable and free from hungry.. i have a big attraction to it.. i don't know why it is so much delicious... What's your favourite dish to meet your hungry? it's raining and it's very cold now, hot spicy noodles is perfect hahaha. It was a gloomy day here right now but no rain. So i made delicious noodles..... Taste is1/10

Good morning This is very morning so hostel provide breakfast more later.. now i feel so hungry..that's why I'm taking some dry food ... Dinner What's on my dinner? A big fish fry... This fish name is Roopchanda fish... It's taste is just mouthwatering! This is so crunchy fish i have made for dinner.. 1St of all Marinate the fish with salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper for 30 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan and fry 2 sides of fish on low flame. Vyas Ready Hot Hot Fish Fry. You can try this recipe also.. i hope you will like it

Everyone should read this post.. my personal experience....❗❗ When you go to the hospital, you can understand how helpless people are.Today 3 people came to our unit for chemotherapy and 2 for dialysis. One of them is a 22-year-old girl who has permanent kidney damage.Due to sedentary lifestyles we suffer from most of the diseases. Thinking about the 22 year old girl, what a difficult life she is living . She is allowed to drink only 2 glasses of water daily . It is better not to drink water. Think how it is possible to survive without water. The girl's kidney cannot filter water completely. If the girl do kidney transplant , she will live well for a few days . But this treatment is expensive. So I suggest you to ------ 1.drink 2 liter+ of water daily.✅ 2. Eat healthy food, eat more fruits and vegetables✅ 3. Avoid fatty foods. ❌ 4. Do regular exercise. ✅ 5. Breakfast ❤️ Today's breakfast is amazing and delicious for me.A delicious biryani made with dumba meat accompanied by a healthy salad will make a perfect breakfast. Now we can not lead comfortable without electricity for 1 hour.But in primitive life, How much they struggled in their life.Alhamdulillah, we are feel much comfort and getting many facilities in this era.Thanks Allah to give a happy life. The government of our country has taken an initiative to provide loadshedding for 2 hours in all areas including schools, offices, courts, homes.CDNs have even been given as to when the loadshedding will take place at any location, although loadshedding for more than two hours is not adhered to the schedule.So it seems like primitive humans are going to live because we are getting fed up with this little loadshedding
