The following images are captured by Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Most of the people with a narrow understanding of depression always tell that it's all in the mind. Little did they know that this is a real and serious illness.

People with this disorder are often criticized for being overreacting to certain situations. People with this mental illness has an unusual shift in their mood.

This disorder is caused by traumatic experiences. Characterized by flashbacks, nightmares, and severe anxiety, as well as uncontrollable thoughts about the event. People who can't understand this disorder often underestimate that individual past traumatic experiences.

People who are lack of education often tell that this disorder is just an excuse for children who are not paying attention. According National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD is characterized by an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development.

We should educate ourselves that these mental illnesses/disorders are not just created to form some clout. Just because you can't see it, it doesn't exist. It's like you're saying that you cannot see your brain so, it doesn't exist.

Everyone needs to see this article. This is a real eye-opener. Someone should not judge anyone, unless he knows the real story. It is easy to preach something to others, but little did they know, those others are experiencing such conditions.

This information must be shared to everyone, to raise awareness for mental health . Those MRI Scans show it all. The normal brain was far different from the sufferers brain. We never know who and what other people suffers. That's why we should never judge a person easily by the way they think and act.

Education and awareness about mental health should be raised because not many people understands it. They don't take mental and emotional disorder seriously. I have a friend who have some sort of depression but her family didn't take it seriously and even told people that their family member is just acting up. Later they found out how serious it was when she experienced hallucinations and she's unable to sleep at night.
