This recipe is one of my favorite.
Ingredients:
8 pcs hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 cup tomato sauce
1 pc. Beef Broth Cube dissolved in
1 cup water
1 cup pineapple juice(optional)
2 cups cubed potatoes
2 cups cubed carrots
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup green peas (optional)
1 can 85g liver spread
1/2 tsp salt
Procedure:
Boil eggs for about 8 to 10 minutes for perfect hard-boiled eggs. Remove shells and set aside.
In a pan heat oil, saute garlic and onions until limp.
Add potatoes and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add carrots and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce,pineapple and water according to desire thickness, then bring to boil.
Add in beef broth cube and mix with the sauce.
Add in bell pepper.
Add liver spread and mix well with the sauce.
Season with salt and ground black pepper according to taste.
Lastly, gently stir in eggs and green peas.
Cook for 3 minutes more and serve hot.
