"To see is to believe." Seems fine, but awkward in reality. For most people, for them to believe in one thing, it's very important for them to see it first by their naked eyes. But in reality, its not practical! Eyes alone, can't sense it all. **Why?** Basically, there are plenty of things around us, that we cannot see, but we know its actually there. Let's not talk about, time travel, ghost, aliens, or UFOs'. For me, that's also a complicated topic to discuss. Let's just have a plain and simple arguements. First, let's talk about the air. Can someone see pure air by naked eyes? Normal person like me can't. But of course, even if someone agree or not, air is there. We are not alive now, without it. **Let's get a little bit deeper!** Probably most of us knew about oxygen and carbon dioxides. Right? Can you see it? Of course, you can't, by normal eyes. If you don't believe, that there are oxygen and carbon dioxide, I'm pretty sure that there is something wrong with you. So just on this arguement, "to see is to believe", fails here. **Let's have another example.** We do believe in gravity, right? How about magnets? Of course. Magnets are commonly use on speakers. *What's with the magnets?* Magnets, if with same polarities, deflects. And if with unsame polarities, attracts. It is cause by magnetic force or the term magnetism. Can we see that magnetic force? By simple look of naked eyes, of course nope. But we can see the effect, that proves it is really there. You can actually felt that force on actual experience too, even if we can't see it. Same with gravitational force, we can't see it but we surely experiencing the effect of it. We're all floating, and maybe dead without it. **Now for more familiar one.** Can you see sound? Can you see music? Probably not, but you can surely hear it. Unless you're a deaf. That proves, it really exist. Just like thunder, you can hear it very loud but you can't see it. Cause thunder, is just the sound of lightning. **Not yet satisfied, hope this one will do the thing.** Can you see that electricity in wires in your house? Of course, the answer is again a "no". But your pretty sure there's an electric current there, especially when the lights is on. So you won't attempt to play with it by your hands, if you're in a right mind. **Now let's step in a slight complicated matter**. We can memorized something, right? We can remember something, right? I think, most of us remember and agree, that the answer to 1 + 1 is 2. But can we see our memory by naked eyes? *We are sure that we have it, even if we can't see it. Normal people have heart and brain, that's why.* So if we apply, "to see is to believe" in an arguement with memory, and you are a solid believer of that saying, what do you think? As we can see, there are lots of things around us that can't be seen by our naked eye only. But we can still hear, smell, and most of all felt it. *That's why we have* *other senses, cause the ability of the eyes can't see everything.* Happy reading and writing everyone! Thanks @khrince

Being poor, a curse or more on a blessing. In reality, being poor is a hard situation in life. Such a pain, for anyone who may experience it. Most people don't want to be poor. But for those who know the advantage of it, they are so thankful, even in that less fortunate condition. Being poor feels like, almost everyone rejects you. Because since you don't have money, it seems they can't have any benefit from you. Most likely if your poor, some will treat you, as if your are just a rug or the worse term, garbage. Not much will really care for you if your poor. Sometimes someone will show an act of generousity to poor people, just for publicity purpose. Just for fame to be use in election, in example, or for profit earning purpose (Uploading videos, for paid contents). After all of that, how come it's going to be a blessing? This will need a broad thinking to understand. If your poor, you will have less or no friend at all. But one of the best things, if you have some or have even just one, chance is you have a true friend. One true friend is highly valuable than thousands of fake friends. That one true friend will surely be there, not just for anything, but for the reason, that it is you. Since poor people don't have anything much, sometimes, what matters for them, are just to have food to eat and a simple place to rest, especially during night time. Some don't even have physical beds, the floors are just enough. Which means? They don't bother thinking of loosing material things. Sleeping soundly and carelessly. Poor people tend to have higher chance of having  peace of mind. Which is very hard to attain, if there's so much material things, you are worrying  that it may be stolen, especially when you're about to sleep. A very satisfying normal sleep, for me, is worth more than money can buy. Why? Because if you have enough or right length of sleep, it's one way of protecting your health or health investment, especially the brain area. If you're brain had been damaged, your doom. Remember "Heath is Wealth!" Poor people don't have much money or don't have money at all to buy fancy foods. Most likely, they may eat ice creams, chocolates, cakes, fast foods, fried foods, oily foods, etc, not most of the time. The poorest one, may just getting their food from the garbage, if that's the last option for them. Which means? Poor people tend to be less prone from deadly medical conditions, that are usually cause by foods also. Example, heart attack and stroke are triggered by eating too much oily fast foods. How about that foods from garbage, how come its safe? Of course, higher chance that it's not safe. But for them that who are always engaging in that situation, cause better choice than stealing, they're immune system becomes stronger. Probably, covid-19 really don't have much effect on them. Looks like, just an ordinary one for them. **A**nd one of the most advantages of being poor? This maybe unaacceptable to others, but in reality poor people, have faith to God better than rich ones. It's what they called, after life investments. Less money, most of the time, makes one person look for God. The best part, they found true God, based on their acts. God is everything for them. Most poor people feels, that if you have God in life, it makes life complete. Thus, what's behind poor people's  "Peace of mind". So it's really a blessing, in disguise, after all. Happy reading! Thank you :)

The Bushfire Hard to belive what's happening? Horrible in front, like a giant monster roaring. From peaceful blue, and calming greens, Now it's more than just a broken dreams. Small little one, please don't hide, but run. It will catch you for sure, How painful, even a stone can hardly endure. Fly my friend, Don't stop, as far as you can. That red monster will eat you alive, How I wish, I can help, to make you survive. How can they be so careless? Look at it now, seem's like a never ending mess. From a little floating spark it fall, Now more than a shark, aggresively taking it all. I hope it may halt in an instant, My heart broke every time I glance. As great black smoke rise into the moon, All I can do is pray, hoping it may end very soon. @khrince

The Secret of Happiness Is there really a secret? Or we are just missing one thing? As I can see, nowadays, some people have almost everything, big house, wonderful car or cars, plenty of food, high end gadgets, high salary or high profit business, but they seems not happy yet. On the other hand, I also see some people that almost have nothing, they just live in cart, in bike or motor sidecar, under the bridge,or wherever most likely unsatisfactory. Probably ,sometimes, they are problematic also about their food. But one thing is very clearly seen, they are happy. In despite, of all seems to be hardships in naked eyes, they manage to be happy. For some, for sure the question is"Why?'. Some other people really don't know this or maybe they just don't apply this on their daily life. The word **"Contentment".** One word with very deep impact. No matter what your status in life or situation, if your are content, you will be happy and always be thankful to God, and to those surround you, even to the smallest blessing you've received. Money will surely make you happy, but if you have no contentment, you will still surely feel something is missing. That in the long run, may even turn you to the worst person, you don't even expect. On the contratry, even though you have almost nothing, if you have contentment, you will always feel to yourself that nothing is missing at all. Feels like everyday is a wonderful day! So, much better if you have almost everything, and you have that contentment in heart. You won't feel envy, you will not be greedy, and instead you will be generous to someone needy. Besides money is just paper or metal, if demonetized. Having contentment in heart, while improving, will surely bring great results and great things in life. And because of contentment, you will surely have that **"Peace of mind"**, that money can't buy. Have a great day! Thanks :)

How to battle against covid-19, the Power of Mindset Since we are currently experiencing this Covid pandemic, what injects on most minds are the not so good effects of covid virus, specifically the worst one, death. Thus, this pandemic trully have a great impact for our current day to day lives. But on the other side, not everyone may be aware of this yet, the "Power of Mindset". Some of its attributes, are to see what's good and what good you can do, in every circumstances. **By the way, what is mindset?** *If you refer to someone's mindset, you mean their general attitudes and the way they typically think about things.* A mindset also refers to whether you believe qualities such as intelligence and talent are fixed or changeable traits. **There are two different types of mindset:** **Fixed mindset** People with a fixed mindset, in example, believe that these qualities are inborn, fixed, and unchangeable. **Growth mindset** Those with a growth mindset, on the other hand, in example, believe that these abilities can be developed and strengthened by way of commitment and hard work. **What Is Your Mindset?** Do you have a fixed or growth mindset? To find out, start by reading the following statements and decide which ones you agree with most: 1. People have a certain amount of intelligence, and there isn't any way to change it. 2. No matter who you are, there isn't much you can do to improve your basic abilities and personality. 3. People are capable of changing who they are. 4. You can learn new things and improve your intelligence. 5. People either have particular talents, or they don't. You can't just acquire talent for things like music, writing, art, or athletics. 6. Studying, working hard, and practicing new skills are all ways to develop new talents and abilities. If you tend to agree with statements 1, 2, and 5, then you probably have a more fixed mindset. If you agree with statements 3, and 4, 6, however, then you probably tend to have a growth mindset. ***To make it simple, mindset is how you look or believe, on such things or situations***. **Then, how can we use it to fight a virus?** First, let us have a brief summary of covid-19. COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Infected people have had a wide range of symptoms reported – from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: Fever or chills Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing Fatigue Muscle or body aches Headache New loss of taste or smell Sore throat Congestion or runny nose Nausea or vomiting Diarrhea **Now let's get back to mindset.** Most likely, some people's mindset are they will surely die, once covid-19 hit them. **But that's not really the case.** **How am I sure?** Just look at the numbers. Not all with positive cases, have died. We are sure that most of them are  in normal condition now, based on the reports also. It's deadly but not as deadly as poison gas, either. **So what should be our mindset then?** ***First, covid-19 will not kill you instantly.*** Focus on 2 - 14 days, particularly the early stage. ***Why wait till situation or your condition, to became worst? Of course, cure yourself in this early stage.*** Most likely, if the virus have hit you, you will have a sore throat, dry cough, or symptoms same to flu (fatigue, muscle body ache, headache). Keep in mind, that there are natural ways and plenty of ways to cure dry cough and sore throat. Even if it's currently a flu like situations. Example is taking spoonful of pure honey, before going to bed (but not for children below 1 year old). Will discuss more, about natural cure for cough and flu on another article. And be mindful, to avoid, over the counter pain relievers, it might worse the condition faster. *And most of all, believe that you will still recover, with God's help and mercy. Praying is also one of the best ways.* Don't wait for the moment, that you've experienced difficulty in breathing. As I repeat, find ways to cure yourself, as immediately as possible. Don't panic if you're taste and smell, are currently loss. Most likely, it's your body's self defense, cause no smell and taste makes you eat less, especially sweets and carbs. It helps your body recover faster, during sick times. Don't believe that you'll die 100%, because covid-19 choose you as best buddies. Most likely you'll die because of thinking too much, that will lead to depression (to brain malfunction and damaging internal organs),  and by heart attack. Don't think too much, that deprived yourself from quality sleep.Instead be calm, believe that whatever it is, you can overcame it. Much more if you're positive, but don't encountered such covid symptoms, so what's the point of thinking too much. Let that fear, set aside! Even, for the worst situations like difficulty in breathing. Honey wrap, is one of the best option to try. So there's still an option. There's still hope. *(Will try to make one article for it.)* **Remember,** **Proverbs 17:22** *"****A happy heart is good medicine and a joyful mind causes healing****,* *But a broken spirit dries up the bones."* Maybe for some, it's not that easy to have mindset like this, but surely you may learn it, as days goes by. Even if you think you have a fixed mindset, why not still try? Happy reading! Thanks. :)

The Bamboo, we should be like one. Bamboos are a group of woody perennial evergreen plants in the true grass family Poaceae. They are found in diverse climates, from cold mountains to hot tropical regions. Although bamboo is a grass, many of the larger bamboos are very tree-like in appearance and they are sometimes called "***bamboo trees***". **But, do you know?** If you plant a bamboo, for four years after the bamboo seed is planted, nothing is visible above the soil. All of its growth takes place underground. A massive root structure forms and spreads deep and wide in the soil. *Then, in the fifth year, the bamboo, amazingly, burst out of the ground, growing up to 80 feet tall! Wow!* **What's the lesson behind this?** Live like a bamboo. From a bamboo seed, spread your firm root system for many years. When the roots had already widely spread, it's your time to burst forth and grow. *And when you reach your potential,* stand *tall, knowing that your firm footing will prepare you for whatever life may throw at you. May it be situations like hot or cold weather, or even like a strong storm, won't easily bring you down.* Most people easily gave up along the way. **Success comes not right away, but in the right time.** When you have dedicated hard work and gave lot of your time to your goals and dreams, it does not mean that you will get to see the result immediately. Always keep in mind, success takes time. **Learn to build a strong foundation.** The bamboo tree can never grow to 80 feet tall if it did not grow its root deep into the ground for the first few years. And the same applies to our lives. We need to spend time to build a strong foundation. This is especially important if our goals are big and our dreams are beyond our current level. Remember, the deeper the foundation, means taller building ahead. The size of the problems does not matter, what truly matters is you, the size you would be, if you don't gave up easily. Happy reading! Thank you. :)

The Merchild Everynight I see, Myself, standing in the middle of the sea. Singing whales, playing sharks, Happy jumping dolphins, so lovely in my head remarks. Above me, nice peaceful sky, As I glance, full moon and stars greets me, a very warm Hi! The waves are calmly smiling, Blown by the cold wind, keep rolling and rolling. As everything seem's fine, In the distance, paints, amaze my mind. Band of black clouds, march like a merry go round, Speeding like a horse, approaching near a naive dream land. I wish, to their ears, I could yell, But by their hard shells, who can tell. Can't help, but a deep sigh, Thus one great shake, might be a good try. By: khrince

Peter Pepper, a peculiar one. Peter Pepper or Peter chili peppers are irregularly shaped pods, averaging 7 to 15 centimeters in length and 2 to 5 centimeters in diameter, and have a wrinkled, cylindrical shape ending with a rounded, blunt tip accented with a cleft. The pods may be smooth or covered in many folds and dimples, and the skin is glossy, waxy, and firm, ripening from green to bright red when mature. Peter chili peppers are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, which are antioxidants that can help boost the immune system and repair damage within the skin. The peppers also contain capsaicin, which is the chemical compound that triggers the brain to feel the sensation of spice or heat. Capsaicin has been shown to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Peter chili peppers are available in the late summer through fall. Peter chili peppers, botanically classified as ***Capsicum annuum***, are an heirloom variety belonging to the Solanaceae or nightshade family. Considered to be a rare, specialty pepper developed in the United States, Peter chili peppers earned their name from their provocative, phallic shape. The peppers are primarily considered to be an ornamental variety, valued by home gardeners for their conversation-starting appearance, and there are three main varieties ranging in color from orange, red, to yellow. In addition to their novelty, Peter chile peppers are also a moderately hot variety, ranging 5,000-30,000 SHU ( Scoville Heat Units) on the Scoville scale, and can be utilized in salsas, hot sauces, and marinades. **What's the origin of Peter Chili Pepper?** Though exact origin is unknown, Peter chili peppers are believed to be native to the southern United States, especially to Texas and Louisiana, and have been documented since the 1700s. The peppers were made popular by ***H.W. Alfrey***, a Tennessee man who started his own seed company known as Alfrey Seeds around the peculiar pepper. Alfrey spent decades cultivating Peter chili peppers for taste and shape, and he is also credited with naming the variety. In Lafayette, Louisiana, ***Papa Jeabert’s*** is a spice company that specializes in growing Peter chile peppers for use in their Cajun seasoning called “Spice de Terre,” translating to “spice of the earth.” The company is credited with being one of the only commercial Peter chile pepper farms. Today Peter chili pepper seeds are considered a specialty pepper that is rarely found in stores and is most often found through online seed catalogs for home gardening. The peppers may also be found through small farms at local markets in the United States, Mexico, and sometimes in South Korea. **Where to apply Peter Chili Peppers?** Peter chili peppers are best suited for both raw and cooked applications such as roasting, sautéing, stir-frying, or baking. The peppers can be diced into hot sauces, marinades, dressings, and salsas, or they can be incorporated into soups, pasta sauces, and stews. Peter chili peppers can also be roasted and layered in sandwiches, sliced and stirred into casseroles, or combined with cooked meats for additional spice. It is important to note that the high levels of capsaicin may cause irritation to the skin and eyes, so protective wear such as gloves and goggles are recommended to be worn when preparing the peppers. In addition to fresh and cooked applications, Peter chili peppers can be dried and ground into a powder for use as a spice. The peppers can also be used as a substitute for serrano peppers in recipes. Peter chili peppers pair well with fruits such as watermelon, mango, avocado, and peach, legumes, tomatillos, tomatoes, onions, garlic, meats such as beef, pork, and poultry, eggs, and herbs such as cilantro, oregano, and thyme. Fresh peppers will keep 1-2 weeks when loosely stored whole and unwashed in a paper or plastic bag in the refrigerator I have read somewhere that this one has other natural medical value also, addition to its Vitamin A and C high content. Will add to this article once I have found it again. So, in despite of it's peculiar appearance, Peter Chili Pepper is really a wonderful one! Happy reading! Thank you. ;)

Rats and mice, how to get rid, easy and natural ways. For sure most of us knew the movie Ratatouille, where rats can cook fancy dishes and doing cool things. But in reality, there's no such thing. Most likely, we don't like rats and mice to be in our houses, feeling as if their our pets. It's very dangerous to have them around, since its very well known that they carry unwanted diseases and worst, deadly ones. **What shall we do, to kill them or at least to scare and push them away?** *First, be sure to be responsible and clean your surroundings as possible as may be.* No garbage, no leftovers, and oh chocolates, don't just put it anywhere. Believe me, they really love chocolates! Even though they don't eat much if dark chocolates, they are still very attracted to it. After doing so, but signs of rats and mice are still present, all we need is just around the corner or very easy to find. Yet, natural, simple and easy how to do. **Peppermint oil** *Rats are seen to have a high sensitive sense of smell, using fragrant plants, herbs and oils are a good way of keeping them away. One such smell which they don't like is peppermint.* Just place Peppermint oil (On cotton balls) near where rats have previously been seen or where you suspected they reside. Peppermint will instantly affect the lungs of the rat, killing them in the process. So as result, if they sense peppermint is around, they will leave. Seems like a poison gas for them. By the way, it can also be bought via online stores. **Bay Leaves** *Rats are attracted to the sweet smell of bay leaves, which is what makes them the perfect trap as Bay leaves are highly toxic to rats. Once ingested they will die.* Placing bay leaves in areas where rats frequent will help keep them away and of course, "at bay". Very impressive. I thought it's just best for cooking. **Onions** *Onions, a well known vegetable, which have a pungent smell and one which rats and mice hate a lot. They will instantly run away from the smell, making it an effective method.* Before, I thought they like onions. But after some research, they really hate onions. Probably the red ones are more effective. Just remove the outer skin of onions, before placing in various corners of your house. Since onions rot quickly and can be toxic to pets at home. You would need to replace the onion every second day with a fresh one. **Black Peppers** *Black Peppers, which can prove effective as it contains Capsaicin, which is the compound that gives peppers their heat. This heat is also a natural rat deterrent.* Just place some powdered black pepper in corners and areas where signs of rats and mice have seen. Most of the time, I've found this one effective for me. Even not as effective to kill them, at least they've been push away and don't come back. They're just on our neighbor's house. Amazing! **Garlic** *It seems that rats and mice, are zombies like or vampires.* Just slice the garlic into parts. Wrap garlic using gauze. Place the garlic package in an area that mice often go through. Let stand for a few days, be surprise that mice won’t dare to come again. You can make your own anti-mice concoction by mixing chopped garlic with water. Spray it on mouse holes and areas they are usually seen. You can also leave garlic cloves at the entry points of your home, as another option. **Durian** *Durian, the infamous one for smelling so bad that some people dislike it. But for me, I really love the smell of Durian. It's not Durian, if without that strong smell.* The good thing, mice also hates the smell of Durian too. To be hated by mice, it means Durian really smells good and not bad at all. As repellant, all we need is Durian skin. Store it where mice frequently went; you can also store it under a table, behind a refrigerator, under washing machine or near a drain. As feedback, you may also throw the whole Durian fruit, to kill the mouse or rat. How cruel is it? So that's what really scares the mouse. One Durian a day, scares the mouse away? And the last on our list, but very effective for me. **Adopt a cat** *Better try, if you don't have one. At least if your not allergic with cat's fur.* Just the voice and smell of a cat, will scare them away. It is also common that cats love to chace mice and rats, for happy meal. But for some reason I don't understand, some cats don't eat big rats, but at least killed them. I'll just buried dead rats, afterwards. Rare occasions have seen that cats and rats or mice are best buddies. Playing together, eating together, and oooh sleeping together (Wonderful is it? But for sure, it's horrible). In case like this, just add another cat or cats. Happy reading! Thank you. :)

Full Corn Moon, what's that? Full Corn moon is what the name of the full moon, for September of this year. And it only happens, once every 3 years. **Where did it get it's name? Does the moon, shaped like a corn or colored like corn?** If by physical looks, shape and color seems would not be the basis. What then? *Normally, they called the September's full moon, the Harvest Moon*. But since it falls under September 1 to 2 this year, rather than around 22 to 23 September, for autumnal equinox, the full moon is called corn moon, barley moon, or even fruit moon. These names all refer to crops which are harvested in the early fall. Then why it is not called "Fall Moon"? Nah. Silly. Harvest moon usually occurs in September, but every three years, it is in the month of October. Dedicated to the first full moon of October, thus it have 2 moons for this year. **What's equinox, anyway?** A time when Earth's day is split almost in half. Length of day and night are almost equal. Will elaborate this on another article. **Let's go back to corn moon. Who did gave that name?** *According to available sources, it was given by the* ***Algonquin tribes*** *living in the northeastern U.S.* ***The moon serves as indicator that it was time to harvest their corns. That's why they called it "Corn Moon".*** Some Native Americans gave a name to each month’s full Moon, naming it in relation to a natural event or sign of the season. A big help for them, in tracking the progress of each year. Different peoples had different names for the moon, that reflects the area they're currently at. As I remember, some farmers I knew, are really using the moon as a guide. Most likely 1 full moon, means 1 month had already passed. *To sum it up, the Full Corn moon, is not actually colored like corn, and of course not shaped like corn.* ***Just a moon name, initially given by Algonquin tribes, for September's full moon, that indicates that their corns are ready for harvest.*** Happy reading. Thank you. :)

September, do you know it actually means seventh? Then why it is in ninth? As we now know, September is the ninth month on the line. But most of us didn't know, the name itself indicates that it was seventh. How come? On the ancient Roman calendar, believed to be invented by Romulus, the first king of Rome, around 753 BC, March is the first month, that makes September the seventh in the count, with 30 days. This calendar only have 10 months named, thus December is the tenth. **September comes from the Latin root** ***septem-,*** **meaning** ***“seven"***. From July, months were simply numbered. Their original names in Latin means the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth month. **When does September became the ninth month? And why does it is still named September, if it means seventh?** King Numa Pompilius reformed the calendar around 700 BCE by adding the months of January (Ianuarius) and February (Februarius). The addition of 2 months, resulted that some of the months' names no longer agreed with their position in the calendar (September - December). ***This made September its current position at ninth, but became 29 days****.* Despite of this, it kept its same name, most probably because it was already circulated and in popular use. After then, more reforms to calendar have been made, like as we see now, it has 30 days again. What are these reforms and what is the reason or reasons behind such adjustments on calendar? God willing, hopefully I may write this on another short article. Thank you. :)

Cleaning Product Combinations that is very dangerous, you should know by now. Natural cleaners are very good to use. But sometimes, mixing wrong combinations, might lead to injury and worst, lost of life. **1. Bleach plus Vinegar** When mixed together, toxic chlorine gas produce. ***Chlorine gas*** on it's own, is greenish-yellow, but when diluted in the air, it’s invisible. This means it’s only detectable by its strong scent and the side effects you experience. Once bleach and vinegar have been combined, you might see yourself in World War I. Toxic Chlorine gas was effectively used as a weapon during World War I. Just imagine how horrible is that. **Symptoms of exposure are:** Burning eyes, nose, and throat Burning, reddening, and blistering of skin Difficulty breathing Tightness in chest Nausea and vomiting Potentially deadly pulmonary edema (fluid buildup in lungs) **2. Bleach plus Anything with Ammonia** Ammonia, which is often found in glass and window cleaners, is dangerous when mixed with bleach. The combo produces toxic gases called ***chloramines vapor***. **Symptoms of exposure are:** Burning eyes, nose, and throat Coughing Shortness of breath Nausea and vomiting Wheezing Potentially deadly pulmonary edema (fluid buildup in lungs) **3. Bleach plus Rubbing Alcohol** Rubbing alcohol that contains ethanol, when mixed with sodium hypochlorite (bleach), creates chloroform. Chloroform, a colorless, sweet-smelling organic compound, can cause "sudden sniffer's death," a fatal cardiac arrhythmia some people experience when exposed. Amazing wonders of vinegar, most people are not aware of. Vinegars are well known used for cooking, around the globe. From salads to main dishes. In fact, it is used for food preservation too. But it doesn't stop there. Here are some other wonderful things that a vinegar can do. So cheap but so powerful! **Window glass cleaner** Remove any dust from the window using a cloth or paper towel. Apply vinegar solution. Mix equal parts of distilled white vinegar and water. Apply to windows with a sponge. Wipe clean using a squeegee. (Remember to wet the squeegee blade first so it won’t skip.) Don’t wash windows in direct sunlight because the sun can overheat glass and cause streaking. Don't mix vinegar with bleach, it produces toxic chlorine gas that is potentially lethal to inhale. **Boiling a cracked egg** When boiling a cracked egg, add some vinegar to the water — about 2 teaspoons to a quart of water. This will keep the white from seeping out. **Killing grass** Better than store-bought grass and weed killers. Pour full-strength white distilled vinegar directly on unwanted vegetation. Reapply as needed. **Keeping cut flowers fresh** To make Fresh flowers last longer, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and 2 tablespoons of sugar to the water in a 1-quart vase. Trim stems and change the water every few days or when water starts to get cloudy. **Hair rinse** After every few washings, remove shampoo buildup by rinsing hair with a solution of 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar (either white distilled vinegar or apple cider vinegar) and 1 cup of water. Adjust the amount of vinegar to suit your hair type — using less vinegar for dry hair and more vinegar for oily hair. A second rinse with plain water is optional. Hair will be silky and shiny. **To soften a paintbrush** Soak the paintbrush in hot white distilled vinegar until brush softens. Then wash with warm, soapy water. **For Deodorant and antiperspirant stains** Rub the underarm areas of white or light-colored clothing with white distilled vinegar, and then launder as usual. If the stain remains after washing, do not machine dry. Re-treat the area with vinegar and place garment in the sun to bleach. ***And what I like most, as "*****Fever** **Reducer*****".*** ***Apple cider vinegar is another age-old remedy used to help “draw out” the fever.*** Apply cold compress to significantly reduce the temperature in one's body. Add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to four tablespoons of cold water. ***The vinegar acts as a heat remover****.* Mix the ingredients well. Soak a couple washcloths in diluted apple cider vinegar and place them on your forehead and tummy or wrap them around the soles of your feet. Alternatively, you can add a cup of apple cider vinegar to a warm bath. In absence of apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, and cane vinegar may also be used. *Have a nice day!* *Thank you*.

How old is your egg? Good and bad eggs, how to know. **Even if eggs are properly stored, they have a decent shelf life, they can eventually spoil.** But how de we know if it's still fresh or dangerous to eat already? What shall we do, to at least determine, if the egg is still good or not? So here it is! A simple method, to know the freshness of the egg. The "**FLOAT TEST!"** All we need, of course the egg, cold water and a bowl. The size of the bowl to choose, should be a size just enough to hold water to show if the egg or eggs will float or not. Just fill the bowl with water. Put the egg or eggs on it very carefully to avoid damages. We should avoid eggs from cracking. Don't drop it hard. Oh my! Then what? **If the egg sinks or stays at the bottom, it's a sign of freshness.** **Egg stand on its end or float, will become a good swimmer someday. Nah? It just means they are old or older eggs.** What's behind this? As egg ages, more air builds up inside it, and increases its buoyancy. However, floating egg(s) may still be safe to eat. Old eggs, doesn't mean bad eggs already. A person can further test the egg by cracking it, open to smell it and check it for visible signs of contamination. How to confirmed if it's already not safe to eat? Most likely, when an egg is very old or rotten, a person can smell the foul odor before cracking it open. Always remember that egg(s) with foul smell should not be eaten. You're doom, if you will! Believe me. Regarding egg's freshness, try to consider checking the date of expiration, visually inspecting the eggshell, and cracking the egg open to smell inside. If for any doubt about whether an egg has gone bad, you should throw it out or make it a part of an organic fertilizer. Keep in mind that eating bad eggs is very risky for *Salmonella* infection, which can cause diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. To reduce the risk of *Salmonella*, keep eggs refrigerated, discard eggs with cracked shells, and always cook eggs thoroughly. Happy reading! Thank you. PS. After some research, I have found out that fresh or new eggs from the Wyandottes chicken breeds normally floats. So, it's very advisable still, to always practice the visual and smell test, to determined bad from good eggs.

How to know if egg is hardboiled or raw by not cracking the shell. You may find it weird, but it's not actually. Just an old simple trick will do. As easy as you may think. So what shall we do? Believe it or not, just spin the egg. You heard it right, "SPIN THE EGG!" But which is which, upon spinning? The hardboiled egg will spin fast, and can rise up for a few seconds on one end as it spins. The raw one, spin slow, or can't even spin, at same force applied. As simple as that. Won't believe? See for yourself, and be amazed!
