Corn Kernel Ball

1 can Corn Kernel

2 egg

2 cups All Purpose

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp instant dry yeast

1/4 tsp salt

1/3 cup evap milk

2 tbsp melted

Powder Milk (for coating)

Procedure:

  • Filter the corn kernel to remove the liquid

  • Transfer the corn to a bowl

  • Add 2 eggs and mix well then set aside.

  • In another bowl sift the flour, put the sugar,dry yeast and salt then mix well

  • Add the corn and egg mixture to the flour and mix well

  • Add evap milk then mix well, add melted butter then mix well

  • Cover and rest for atleast 1 hour

  • Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or you can use spoon to measure the dezired size

  • Fry the corn kernel mixture should be dipped in oil.

  • Wait for the fried color to turn golden brown then place in a bowl with tissue.

  • Coat the corn kernel ball with powder milk. Then enjoy.
