1 can Corn Kernel
2 egg
2 cups All Purpose
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp instant dry yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup evap milk
2 tbsp melted
Powder Milk (for coating)
Procedure:
Filter the corn kernel to remove the liquid
Transfer the corn to a bowl
Add 2 eggs and mix well then set aside.
In another bowl sift the flour, put the sugar,dry yeast and salt then mix well
Add the corn and egg mixture to the flour and mix well
Add evap milk then mix well, add melted butter then mix well
Cover and rest for atleast 1 hour
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag or you can use spoon to measure the dezired size
Fry the corn kernel mixture should be dipped in oil.
Wait for the fried color to turn golden brown then place in a bowl with tissue.
Coat the corn kernel ball with powder milk. Then enjoy.
