Another Suspect!
We received sad news few days ago that a Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) from Cebu City came home infected with Covid19. The patient was not sent to quarantine facility but sent to her siblings' apartment for a home quarantine. Apartment is clearly not qualified for home quarantine. The patient was confined to a hospital after getting the result. The siblings were sent to quarantine facility for monitoring. After the incident, ambulance were everywhere in the city getting busy collecting suspects of contracting Covid19. This is so sad... Every effort you made to keep the city free of the virus can be ruined by only one.

it is really alarming because we dont know who are infected by the virus, but i commend the lgu to take there responsibility we must take precautionary measures every time so we together fight the spreading of the virus. thank you for a very informative article
thats because the wrong dicision of the lgu there,they are the one responsible for that happen...
I don't know how they planned it. They say it's all under control, they have facilities but didn't use them when the LSIs arrived. So wrong move for them.
yup first thing first if the lgu has a good knowlege to handle the situation like that..You need to check first the location or accomodation facilities of the infected person to clear first if the house or room for him/her is good enough to quarrantine and not cause any harm to any one sorrounding in that place...if not good they have no choice but force to use the facilities they prepare for all covid19 patients..
In some cases, governments do not help matters. That suspect should have been isolated from other people so as not to spread the disease.
They should have done it in the day of arrival. Local Government was too complacent.

It's sad that no matter how you take care yourself away fromt he virus, it seems that the virus do really looking for you. I'm praying that no one in your community is affected. And get well soon to the person who contracted the Virus.
The latest update, patient is stable now. I hope she didn't contract more.

Yes this is so sad story.. and it hurts knowing that only one person can destroy all efforts of those who followed the rules . I hope for 100% of cooperation all people here in our country. And we really hope that covid will end soon. Keep safe everyone.
