Cabbage roll
Materials
8 to 10 cabbage leaves on the inside.
For puree: 1 cup minced chicken. 1/4 cup biscuit powder. Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder. Like salt to taste. Like the amount of pepper. Half a tea-spoon of cumin powder. 1 chopped onion. Ginger and garlic paste 1 teaspoon. Slightly tomato paste.
For gravy or soup you will need: 1 cup of tomato paste. Half a cup of chopped onion. Ginger and garlic paste 1 table-spoon. A little turmeric powder. Chili powder 1 teaspoon or to taste. Like the amount of oil.
Method
First you have to marinate the chicken mince with the rest of the ingredients for one hour.
Leave the cabbage leaves in hot salt water for two minutes and wash them in cold water. Cut the white hard part in the middle with the cabbage leaves one by one.
Divide the marinated chicken mince into several portions. Now roll the minced chicken in the middle and stick it with a toothpick.
Heat oil in a pan, fry the onion until red. Then add the remaining spices one by one for the gravy. Stir until the oil rises to the top. Then grate the tomatoes.
After cooking for a while, when the tomatoes are a little soft, add the rolled cabbage. Cover with salt and water and cook for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve with the desired amount of broth.
