The next internet

In the beginning , there was TCP
The whole internet we see today is based on TCP protocol , which was basically a server sends a message to client

when TCP first came internet was just a p2p messenger between a server and a client

in the first days of internet almost everyone hosted a website , if you wanted to share your cat pictures , just throw an apache server and run it , and boom ! you have a website , now share your latest cat memes !

then the internet grew more and more , and forums came , then social media
well , at first social media was just about sharing , but instead of hosting your own server , which was a luxury for tech savvies at that time , it introduced internet in a more friendly way to the average user , that's why people got into social media in the first place
But now , social media purpose changed dramatically , and the whole internet followed , money and greed got involved too
instead of social media being used as a platform for sharing , it became a business , but there is no goods to be sold , it's our data and privacy being sold to large corporations

we have all seen the dark side of social media and how it controls our minds for the profit of a few

every scroll on the screen is calculated with AI that has no soul and no purpose but to keep you entangled with you feed page

what we really need is a decentralized internet , p2p internet like it used to be , no corporations to control our minds , or sell our data and privacy

the next internet should be based on something like bittorrent , or at least something similar , where everyone is contributing to the network , with no major central controller

Crypto currencies proved that we can do well without centralization , indeed , we do better
with crypto no one is controlling your life , there is no major controlling force or entity that decides who get paid , who get debt , what war should we fight .. etc

we need our internet to be more decentralized like crypto , we need p2p social media , forums , file sharing library , marketplace ,even a p2p wiki

imagine a world without central services , or big corporations controlling what you see on your facebook feed , or what videos you should watch today
No political agenda to be shoved in your face every time you browse the internet
only you decide what to read , what to watch , and what to share
only you and other people like you

with the censorship and mind controlling media we are facing today , there is no other answer but p2p and serverless internet , and i hope we get there soon .
