What is happiness?
I think about something every morning, is there a real recipe for happiness?
Is everyone given to be happy?
We want to be happy all the time.
But this is not the case in life.
Only a few people are given true happiness.
Happiness is very relative.
What is happiness?
For me, happiness means I’m healthy, I see the sun, I can run, I can smell flowers, I hear the chirping of birds.
I have something to eat, I have a house where I am safe, I have a cover over my head, I have a place to sleep and I can pay the bills.
I have my hobbies, photography and my garden and plants, flowers.
I have pets that sweeten my life every day.
To whom I am life, the sun who depend on me, who I take care of them, when they are sick, I heal them.
Sometimes I think we should think less.
Things should be allowed to happen the way they want them to.
We can't do anything about it anyway and prevent it from happening.
If we really need to think, think of things that are less important to us, or ones that don’t even interest us?
Is ignorance salvation from painful truths?
We are constantly craving something.
Maybe we should stop desires?
I have no special desire than I wrote, I have everything I need for a simple life.
And since I have no unattainable desires, I feel satisfied.
With wishes we can never know what will happen in the end, we give ourselves to them, we hope, and then, if our desires are not fulfilled, we are disappointed.
Do we have to run away from desires?
Albert Einstein has a nice quote, he has articulated the answer to these things well.
„The most important decision we can make is whether this is a friendly or hostile universe. From that one decision all others spring.“
It’s up to us to make a decision, and we have to make that decision every morning when we wake up.
The way we look at our environment will affect our day.
Positive thinking shines in our eyes, filling us with energy and happiness.
A positive person attracts other people, we like to be in the company of such people, we feel happy and light, we laugh, we feel liberated.
That’s why I always smile too, the smiling person is loved by other people.
And let’s not forget positive thinking is very important in our lives.
Positive thinking has a good effect on health and reduces the risk of depression, reduces anxiety, and makes you more resilient to any problem.
I connect with people every day.
I pay attention to their faces and since I’m a good humanist, I know right away who I’m up against.
The eye is the mirror of the soul.
Our lives are there in our eyes.
People who strive to see the goodness around them, who don’t complain, do their thing tend to live longer and cope with stress more easily.
There are a lot of negative effects in life, in the family, at work, or in any situation.
We can easily fall into the trap of negative thoughts.
This is when we try to look at things from a different perspective and always try to find something good in everything that happens to us.
If we start the day with positive thoughts, our lives will be better, things can change.
