That's the whole idea of Noise. Not everyone can comment. The author selects who can comment.
Unfortunately, they doesn't check with the hearts, who gave a heart to the post, maybe you don't know that you can do this. You can find them on noise.cash and reply to one of their comments there with your invite link. If they use it, you will mutually follow each otehr. We will eventually make import from noise.cash possible, so that mutual follows there will result in mutual follows on noise.app

A huge problem that we noticed with noise.cash was that comments were really bad. I mean, it was number one complaint (if we skip all complaints about making money). It was terrible. Noise is the experiment to see if we can do better. So far, comments are pretty sensible here, but there's a price to pay. The price is that you can't comment on everything. It might be that your comment will be great, but it also enables random internet people to waste author's time with insults, crazy comments, scams and other kinds of spam.

Here is no problem,they don't follow us,that's why, that we don't can write a comment to their posts. They don't check,who gave heart to their post, or they don't want contact with us.

We will not change this, as this is the core idea of Noise. There are already 10000+ social networks that do exactly that (allow anyone to comment). Limiting who can comment is what makes Noise different.
I think that's perfectly fine. The problem wasn't that they didn't follow me, it was that I wasted my time writing the comment. I already have the solution, I don't follow them and so they don't appear in the news feed anymore.
