A note on the posts migration process. Don't be alarmed if not all of your posts are imported, comments are missing or likes, etc... The process will take weeks to finish.

As previously promised, we are starting to send out invites for people to migrate noise.cash accounts into noise.app (including all your posts, comments, likes, subscriptions/subscribers, blocks, etc...) We are starting slowly to make sure that the process works well, so please have some patience if you haven't received an email yet. It will be a few months before we are reasonably sure that everything is imported and works well.

For those of you in a browser, the long awaited "Edit" button should be live. Both on posts and comments. (Click "Refresh" if you don't have it) You can edit your posts for up to 3 days. For those using the Android app, you'll have to wait, Google Play found some violations in our app (we did not have a "Report this user" button) and they are taking their time reviewing the app... yet again. We don't know how long it will take them. Have fun! Note that if you edit after 10 minutes, a small pencil (with a tooltip of "last edited") will appear on your post. Like on this one...

A few people have asked me about the plan regarding noise.cash vs noise.app. 1. noise.cash stays for now as-is. We can't merge it into noise.app, since noise.app is an invite-only website. Someone must invite you to use noise.app 2. We will allow people to automatically import their noise.cash posts into noise.app 3. We will allow you to invite your old friends from noise.cash into noise.app How long will it take? Hard to say right now, probably a few months.

Starting today, you can add a donation address to your profile. Just head to https://noise.app/settings and you can add your Bitcoin Cash wallet address and a few other systems. noise.app will not have a fund like our other sites did.

Welcome, everyone! We're still not quite "open". You are free to tell everyone about noise.app and invite people you want to interact with, but this is only the bare bones version of what we want to do. Everything is still in development. (Like, literally we've done maybe 20% of what we need to do) Android app comes really soon (within days, we hope), then we'll finally start doing something interesting. We have some really interesting ideas to explore, but I don't want to hype them before they're online. iOS app should be ready too as soon as we figure out how to publish it. (Within a few weeks I guess)
