Rejection is painful.
Rejection hurts. And it hurts no matter how you get rejected or no matter who rejected you. Most people wanted to belong and connect to others, especially to people they care about. Feeling rejected by those people and believing you aren’t wanted — whether it’s for a job, dating, or friendship — isn’t a pleasant experience.
The pain? The pain cuts deep. It is sometimes even painful than any physical pain we've felt. That's why many people dread and even fear rejection. If you've experienced it once or a few times, you probably remember how it hurts and you worry about it happening again.
But should we always be afraid of being rejected? The answer is a big NO. We shouldn't fear rejection. Below I listed things which I think the reasons why we shouldn't fear rejection.
-
Your fear of rejection holds you back.
Maybe you decided not to ask someone out on a date because you were afraid the object of your affection would decline. Or perhaps you didn’t apply for a coveted job because you were worried you wouldn’t get it. Just the thought of being rejected holds us back. It holds us back from doing things we should be doing. When we hold back, we miss out so many opportunities. Because you are afraid of rejection, you try to eliminate any risk of it from your life thus it prevent you from exploring new opportunities.

Successful people got rejected more than anyone.
Who don't want to be successful? I know almost everyone aims to be successful someday. But how can you be one if you are afraid? You are afraid of failure, afraid of being rejected, you are afraid of being hurt.
Successful people gets more than anyone because they aren't afraid of rejections. They are willing to take risks. They embraced failure.
True failure isn’t being rejected, it’s giving up or not trying. The more you get rejected, the less it will bother you. Once you can treat rejections as a necessary step on the most direct route toward success, you can ask for anything at any time, without limit.
Fear of failure and rejection is the greatest enemy of success.
The Bottom Line
Rejection isn't something we should be afraid of. In fact, we should get used to it. So get out there, be bold, make a few mistakes, make some slightly outrageous requests, and don’t worry about what people think. In business, in dating, in relationships, in life, the more you ask for, the more you get. Act like you don’t expect to be rejected but that even if you are that you don’t care. As long as you don’t break the law, your “failures” won’t go on your permanent record, and you’ll succeed a lot more.
"If you don't give up, you still have a chance. Giving up is the greatest failure."

Rejection can sting and make you doubt yourself. But fearing it may limit you, preventing you from experiencing much of what life has to offer. Choosing to look at rejection as an opportunity for growth instead of something you can't change can help you feel less afraid of the possibility.

This article truly harms me hard and makes me face the truth. I am that way, I doesn't do whatever I figure I will get dismissed around individuals that I know. At times I uncertainty to get things done and I believe that can be called dread of dismissals. We realize that botch and being fizzled is important for our life as it is an exercise to learn and push ahead for a superior future. We are simply human who dread things and regardless of whether we realize that we shouldn't expect that. We can't evade that sentiments. It's consistently there and make you stringer.
