My day in the last day of January 2022
*I have a few plans for today.* Study, work, nap, read a book, and maybe exercise too.
So far I succeeded at doing a module. I answered a worksheet that is good for one meeting and even did a bit of research to understand it well. I looked up the different tribes of a certain archipelago and simplified the hard words I found in our module. So far I could say that I already learned about 60% of the learning material in just one sitting, and I am thanful for it.
I worked today on cooking our lunch, I cooked a macaroni soup with milk and sliced hotdogs. I enjoyed this task, especially when I sliced the hotdogs and the leafy vegetable, I felt like a chef while doing so. A chef who always wounds herself at that.
And then, I had lunch. I had two small bowls of the soup and I watched two episodes of puung on youtube. The animation was relaxing and the little show made me want to do my own animation too. But the thought only made me smile. Because how can I even be eble to make my own animation when i can't even draw? I have to learn to draw first before I jump on dreaming something so huge.
After my meal, I went to bed. I went to bed thinking that i will take a nap. I even used my blanket so that I will for sure fall asleep. But I couldn't sleep, my eyes were closed but my mind is awake and i am far from dreaming. I hear the surroundings and I can literally guess what everyone is doing with my eyes closed.
It's quite annoying, to not be able to fall asleep even if you want to rest and to dream and have a break from reality, even if it's only for a good two hours.
But since I can't fall asleep, I decided to get up again. And then even if I am not feeling very hungry, I still went to the kitchen to get myself my third bowl of soup. It somehow made me feel better. It actually suprised me, that I felt better. Because I didn't even realize that I was not feeling okay. Not in a sense that I was sick, but in a sense that something is wrong, like soemthing was off or that I did something I didn't notice that caused my mood to drop. But now the feeling is gone thanks to the help of the soup.
And now I am sat on my desk writing this very article I will share. But I don't have any plans yet on what to do after this. Maybe I should do one more module and then go to exercising? The exercise that I will be doing is just a 30-minute kind of power walk that I found from youtube. I have done this before, and it helped boost my metabolism and also helped me lose a bit of weight.
This time though, I wouldn't call it as exercise. This time I will imagine that I am walking around the city, or that I am from university and decided to go for a walk to enjoy the warm sunset. I'll imagine that I will be walking with my friend to a restaurant in which we will have dinner at. And then the restaurant will serve my yummy fourth bowl of soup of the day
It sounds funny, but it will help. Plus it would make me happy even just a bit. So I'll do it, no matter how silly it would sound, I will do it.

Hello everyone! Thank you for reading my article.
It was a little all over the place,
but I think it did the job of narrating my day.
See you again on my necxt article!
I am a little confused? As far as I know, I already joined 4 communities, but it's just this one that shows up on my list. Do you guys know why it's like this?
We are the ones who care for our thoughts.
I have so many things I want to do. I want to start reading a book, I wanna look for a new recipe to cook, I want to sleep, to exercise, I want to do a lot of stuff! But, the problem here is that I don't know what to start?
I don't know where to start even if I should know where.
I have classes on Wednesday and one of the things I should be doing is studying. And not just studying, but reviewing because I have an exam on that day. But look again at the things I want to do. None of those are studying, and this is another problem, I don't know how to prioritize! You can lay down huge tasks in front of me, but without the little routine I do before working, I will not be able to tell you which among these chunks are the most important.
Now, since I don't and can't seem to make an impromptu list in my head, what I do is I grab a paper and do a physical to-do list instead. Before I get to finalize my list though, there are a few things that I must do first.
**1. I sit down and stare at nothing.**
Yes, staring at nothing helps me calm down. I run away from my screaming thoughts and stare at nothing. My breathing evens out, and my tummy would no longer feel as if it is in knots.
**2. I write on my journal so that I can rant there and untangle my thoughts.**
I journal in a way like I am talking to someone. Like I am making a script for a podcast or a vlog for YouTube. That way, I could imagine that someone is listening to me.
**3. I scribble on a piece of paper all the things I wanna do.**
All things I wanna do, even the ones that I can't do yet, I write them down. I just let my mind do a word vomit so that my thoughts will quiet down later.
**4. I take all the important things from the scribble.**
**5. I finalize my to-do list.**
After all that, I will post my list on the shelf where I always see and then my head would clear. It would feel like a cloud has been cleared away from on top of my head and then I can finally go on my day.
Before the to-do list, i would feel too energized. Like I can bounce off walls. Like I can't sit still. But after writing down my thoughts, I would calm down, like I am back to being a normal human being going on with their day.
It seems like a long process to calm myself down, but it helps! How about you, what do you do to gather yourself together?

Hello guys, this article about me managing my thoughts is my second article. I really am trying to become active here. Let's hope that this inspiration surge will keep coming!
You need not to be perfect. Just start.
I think that I am one of those people who don't get to finish a lot of things because of constant worrying. I don't draw because I am worried it might just turn awful, I don't talk to someone because I worry that I might just end up annoying them, and I don't write because I am worried that my vocabulary is bad. That my writing is not good enough and that it doesn't fit the area of writing articles.
But, something kind of poked me in my head. Something urged me to take a step back and just observe the things in front of me. To examine the choices I make and the paths that I wal on.
So I did, I took a step back. And quite unsurprisingly, there is nothing to look at. There are no things to observe because I didn't get to start anything. I was worrying too much, I was wanting for things to be perfect, to be flawless. But it's something quite impossible and so now I am here with nothing to look at. What I see is a path with no continuation becaus ethere is a minimum requirement needed before passing. And the requirement reads: ONE MUST BE FLAWLESS.
I didn't get to draw a simple stick man, or a silly comic because I don't like it when my cirlces aren't smooth, therefore I cannot pass, I did not meet the requirement.
I didn't get to talk to someone, to the teacher who was looking for an Editor in Chief, and now the spot I was hoping to have is now taken by someone else. In my head I thought it was fine. My writing was not good enough, it was not perfect, therefore I cannot pass, I did not meet the requirement.
And I do not want to write because seeing my words looking so plain and so far away from how JK Rowling would write. I wanted to write like how a publsh and famous author would write. But I can't. I obvioulsy lack the experience, and so I can't. And this just left me empty handed. It left me standing at the very beginning of the path, because I am not perfect and perfection is a requirement. It is painted in red and huge angry streaks, a huge reminder for me that I am not it, therefor I cannot pass.
All these things made me realize that my aim for perfection stops me from doing things. The emptiness I have right now taught me that this is worse than starting a crooked line. That it is okay if my circle is a little rough, if my little plan of a comic is not even close to those on the Webtoon site. And it is also okay if my voice shakes whenever I'll try to start a conversation with someone. Imperfection is okay, that is the phrase inside my head as I kick down the huge signage in me which requires me to be perfect.
A lot of things will require practice and we will not be doing things perfectly in the first try. I should learn to realize that baby steps are okay no matter what your age is. I should also learn that I shouldn't put too much emphasis on the expectations of other people on me. I should just start.
I should breathe in and out. And just start moving, and then from that point forward, things will be okay. Things will get better and better. Just keep going.
