It's already past 2AM and here I am, still on my phone doing everything just to kill time, waiting for me to feel sleepy. The silence makes me wanna write an article again, but perhaps I just need to do it tomorrow. I need more energy for the day ahead.
When you're used to working at night and suddenly lost your job, it's really hard to adjust. Since last year, I find it hard to follow a daily routine for sleep at night. There are times when I sleep in the afternoon. There are also times that I wake up late, and find out it's already 12NN. To say the least, I don't follow a normal sleep pattern. I just sleep when I feel like doing it.
And I enjoy the silence at night. My mind is somehow able to think freely. No noise, no disturbances.
But we need to sleep. It relaxes our brain. And it's good for our health.
