Ingredients
One kilo of minced chicken
100 grams of white gram
75 grams of powdered milk
A pack of fresh cream
3 cups of cooking oil
Mix 100 grams of crushed hot spices
2 to 3 slices of double bread
A teaspoon of white cumin
8 small cardamoms
A teaspoon of poppy seeds
A packet of kebab hot spices
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
Cut 4 to 5 green chillies
Chop a bale of mint and coriander
Combination
First mix gram, cumin, cardamom, black pepper and poppy seeds and grind them well.
Mix double bread, crushed hot spices and minced meat with the mixture and grind it lightly.
In a separate bowl mix kebab spices, dry milk, fresh cream, salt, ground red pepper, green chillies, mint, coriander and papaya, knead everything well and keep for a while.
Mix everything in a large pot and make kebabs.
Place the kebabs on a skewer, lightly oil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes over a coal fire.
Before removing, re-oil the kebabs, then remove them from the skewers.
Cook all the kebabs in this order.
Finally remove to a plate and serve.
Sprinkle lemon juice on the kebabs if desired. Drink separately with lemons, onions, salads and sauces.
