Barbecue meals are also popular in asia, especially among the urban people who like to eat barbecue once a week or at least once in 15 day

Barbecue meals are labor intensive, so they are seldom prepared at home. Secondly, it is considered to be the hotelier's job to prepare such meals.

Even if barbecue dishes are made at home, they are not only more tasty, but they are also fresh.

Chicken silk kebabs are also one of the most eaten barbecue dishes.

There is no doubt that chicken silk kebabs are a bit difficult to prepare, but homemade chicken silk kebabs cannot be compared to those made in the market.

2 to 3 slices of double bread

A teaspoon of white cumin

8 small cardamoms

Red pepper to taste

Cut 4 to 5 green chillies

Chop a bale of mint and coriander

First mix gram, cumin, cardamom, black pepper and poppy seeds and grind them well.

Mix double bread, crushed hot spices and minced meat with the mixture and grind it lightly.

In a separate bowl mix kebab spices, dry milk, fresh cream, salt, ground red pepper, green chillies, mint, coriander and papaya, knead everything well and keep for a while.

Mix everything in a large pot and make kebabs.

Place the kebabs on a skewer, lightly oil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes over a coal fire.

Before removing, re-oil the kebabs, then remove them from the skewers.

Cook all the kebabs in this order.

Finally remove to a plate and serve.

Sprinkle lemon juice on the kebabs if desired. Drink separately with lemons, onions, salads and sauces.
