The provincial government, spearheaded by our beloved governor, had always been on a lookout for places that can be develop as a tourist spot. Pantar Mangrove Forest, Brgy. Villa Hermosa, Santa Cruz
If you want to visit a place that allows you to commune with nature and enjoy scenery you don’t get to see every day in the city, you should try to visit this place. Due to the degradation of mangroves, the provincial government along with the LGU, they have started this project which resulted with a positive review since the place has become an attraction. You can enjoy the scenery while riding a boat.
Kalubungan Farm View, Brgy. Guimod Norte, San Juan
If you enjoy going camping with your family or friends, this is the best place for you. This place is also good for team building as they offer a lot of activities that you can enjoy, like kawa bath, swimming, fishing, and camping.
Olympus Eco Park, Brgy. San Luis, Cervantes
A nature get-away for those who wish to take a break from the city's concrete gloom, this private property just opened last December. And although, the place isn't fully develop yet, there are already a lot of people who had visited the place. Olympus Eco Park offers a lot of activities that everyone can enjoy like horse-back riding, biking, and camping as well.
Salcedo Leisure Park, Brgy. Balidbid, Salcedo
The Salcedo Adventure and Leisure Park is the perfect spot for those seeking silence from the chaos of the world. There are nipa huts that can be rented, or you can also bring your own camping gears. The place is so relaxing so its a perfect getaway to just enjoy nature.
Mt. Tupira/Caniaw Radar Station,
For all bikers and motorist who likes to challenge their energy and stamina, this place is the perfect place for you. Its summit is almost 700 MASL, the mountain attracted not only the hikers but also the cyclists and bikers seeking for a more challenging uphill climb. Another reason why this is a great place to visit in the morning is because of its sea of clouds.
Skyline Sea of Clouds, San Emilio-Quirino Road
Skyline Sea of Clouds is located near the border of San Emilio and Quirino, Ilocos Sur. When you're on top of that mountain, you can see the beauty of nature and a lot of clouds that can surely make you feel relaxed and can make you forget all your problems. If you're looking for a place wherein you can feel the presence of a paradise, this one is the best for you.
