Parents are often overwhelmed by responsibilities. Being a good parent takes a lot of responsibility. Since you can no longer play with your child, you should keep your dog at your side. There are days that we need someone to look after us. These are the days when our own mommy or daddy can no longer do it. These days happen often and when they do, it becomes challenging. However, when you have a dog, you can do it alone. This is because you will have a friend who is very caring and dependable. He is always by your side. When your dog is by your side, you won’t feel lonely because there will always be someone to watch out for you.
7. They make you more responsible
People who own dogs are more responsible. These are the people who always do their tasks on time. Dogs are always on time because of their watchful eyes. They are ready at all times to make sure you do your tasks on time. Dogs are always in a good mood. When they are not, it means that you have done something wrong. The best way to keep them in a good mood is to always remember your responsibilities to them.
Besides all of that, dogs just make great pets. Currently don't have one. We have 1 1/2 cats. I say 1 1/2 because one is ours and the other is the warehouse cat which I bring home on Wednesdays and the weekends. :)
