I want to start my article today with a very nice word.
No real checkmate! -Eddi Anter
Our life is full of assumptions. We make decisions with the experiences in our minds, with the experiences, what we have heard and read. We come to conclusions. Our life is more lived than another… Our chances are maybe higher than another. The country we were born in is more magnificent than any other person. And as in these examples, we can list millions of judgments. X seems more hard-working, Y more jealous, Z more different.
Well, let's ask together now, if we have so many decisions, an opinion on every subject; Which is the subject we overlook the most, perhaps the least we think about? Yes, you will be surprised, but our answer is again ourselves. So while we have thousands or even hundreds of thousands of ideas and outcomes about others, the less we focus on our own feelings, our own renunciation, our own actions, our own failures. You will ask what we are doing, our answer is ready: We cannot look at the truth, that is, we cannot face it. Yes, we cover it up.
After all, this jealousy does not gnaw on us as a habit, does it? After all, the eparation pain of that lover we broke up with did not create a huge ball of resentment within us and we are not trying to get that grudge from others, right? We don't see ourselves humiliated, incompetent and incompetent just because we weren't chosen for that job we wanted so much, do we? The whole world is against us right? As if this were not enough, our business always goes wrong, but we have actually worked and labored enough, right? We live together with all these facts and perhaps without seeing them at all, that is, without the courage to look at them.
Imagine what a heavy burden we are under. Huge mountains are laden on our back; Our waist is twisted but we still continue to bend to the ground because we cannot turn and look at the truth. Now come our next question, is it possible to look at the truth? How do we get rid of these burdens and these confrontations? In whose hands is the truth?
When you create an imaginary and ideal world, that attention and energy dissipate. If you want to understand what is real, you have to give it all your attention, all your energy. So can you completely distract the ideal from yourself? A truly serious person who has an impulse to understand what truth and love are, has no concept in mind. It lives only in what is.
If you say you love or hate someone, it is a fact, even if it sounds terrifying. In order to examine your own anger as a fact, you should not make any judgments about it, because the moment you think of the opposite, you make a negative judgment about your anger, so you cannot see it as it is. If you see and examine that truth, it will end, but I should not hate it; If you say there must be love in my heart, then you are living in a hypocritical world full of double standards.
So truth requires being able to look objectively. First of all to ourselves. Who we are, our values, those we love and hate. To be able to face the truth without trying to hide the truth, without getting away from the truth, without embracing the unreal. While you're at the head of a brand new, clean, white page this year, are you ready to face reality, being as you are, your existence in life, most importantly, who you really are?
The truth will always be waiting for you with the same peace, the same love and flow.
