Ginisang Sardinas, Miswa at Pechay

If you don't have fresh fish or ginger to make Utan Bisaya and you still want to add protein to your soup, you can also try Sardinas, Miswa and Pechay. It's easy to find canned sardines so you can cook them anytime!

The family is definitely interested in their work or school 'if you want Sardinas, Miswa and Pechay. Not only does traditional sardine become more unique, it also makes it more nutritious.

 Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 

  • 2 cloves bawang, minced 

  • 1 pc sibuyas (small), cut into strips 

  • 1 can sardines in tomato sauce 

  • 2 1/2 cups tubig 

  • 1/2 bundle miswa 

  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®  

  • 1/4 tsp pamintang durog 

  • 1 bundle pechay, sliced 

Procedures :

  • Saute garlic, onion, and sardines in oil. Water and boil.

  • Add the noodles and season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper.

  • Add the pechay and transfer to the bowl to serve.
