Funny and Embarrassing Moments

I have been so stressed lately. It's not about day to day activities or something. We're surrounded by our neighbors (relatives) who are tested positive of COVID-19. Our house very close to them so I got paranoid of possible airborne virus which might infect us too. It coincided with my wife getting sick as well, though she's feeling better now. Our town is also under GCQ status with stricter quarantine.

I don't want to stress more of what caused me anxious recently, and I wanted to laugh. I joined a Facebook page which has something to do with nostalgia. I smiled and laughed at the experiences related by the commenters while looking back at those embarrassing yet funny moments.

There has been a lot of embarrassing moments while in school. However, we just laughed at them not minding any embarrassment it has caused.

I was in first year college at that time, and our first subject is Algebra and Trigonometry. I decided to sit at the first row because of my height. I'm close to my classmates, and one of the closest is sitting behind me. When our instructor asked to answer an equation at the blackboard, I raised my hand and headed straight to the board. Afterwards, I went back to my seat but my friend pulled back the chair, and I fell on the floor. Everyone are laughing, including my teacher. I didn't go mad rather laughed along with them. 😁

How about your classmate's funny moments? Back in elementary, especially in public school, we used to check the papers of our classmate after a quiz. Then we get our papers back, the teacher calls each of our names, and mention our scores.

Teacher: Dexter A.

Student: It! (in a loud voice)

Teacher: What?

Everyone are laughing. He should've said "eight" instead of "it". 😁

I am walking in the market when I saw someone who looks similar as my cousin. I called his name but he didn't look at me so I approached him. He looked at me puzzled, then I realized he's a different person. 😁

I bet many of you had such experience!

In school, I decided to dispose the trash from the can while watching my batchmates practicing for an event. While going back to the building, I haven't seen the huge roots of the tree and stumbled on the ground. Adrenaline rush kicked in, and stood up, looked around me if someone saw me. I'm pretty confident that no one saw me. When I got to the building, my friend is laughing at me because he saw my reaction when I stood up from the ground. 😁

We're heading to our deaf student, and I am with the overseer driving the car. I began to fart, and gladly he didn't hear it. As we got to the front yard of the deaf student, I left the overseer and ran to the student's mother asking for their CR (comfort room/restroom/bathroom). She's skeptical to have me use their CR because it's separate from their house, and its walls are made of tarpaulin. I told her I'm find with their CR in order to find relief. While sitting on the throne (toilet 😁), I heard someone walking in the surroundings so I hold my breath, and stopped pushing that something (you know 😁) to not make a sound.

After using the CR, I'm very happy that I was relieved but I don't know how to act when I go out. I just had my head up confidently smiling, and thanked the student's mom. 😁

We are about to go home when my two friends decided we'll take the shortcut which is a dike in the fishpond. I declined because of motion sickness, as well as possible snake that might appear before us. My friends are laughing at me so I decided to take that route with them. One of them is bullying me for being scared, while talking, she fell on the pond. Good thing the pond is dry. No injuries, and we just laughed afterwards. While I'm on the bus, I messaged her and she replied she jumped off the pond again because her phone fell there. 😁

At times, we don't have to take embarrassing moments seriously. I just laugh at most of them as long as no injury happened. Eventually, you'll look back at such memories and laugh at them.
