There's no such thing as too late when it comes to doing what you're interested in. This is what I keep telling myself whenever I feel like I'm missing out something fascinating.
January has ended and I already plot my goals this February but I also like to make an article of my January highlights. I used to do this on Instagram - looking back at the previous month's highs and lows, reflecting on what made my month happy and what made me stronger. For this year, hopefully, I get to share it here.
As part of my life project, I will make a monthly recap this 2022, thanks for the idea @kneelyrac.
January 1-8
Out family got sick. First, it was my youngest sister, then my mom, my second sister, my dad, then me. I thought I was the strongest one since they all had colds and cough and there I was, sitting pretty, thinking I'm still healthy.
It was January 6 when I started to feel the sore throat, the heaviness of my head, and fatigue. I decided to take a rest but I still attended my class - because I'm the teacher! I still greeted my students with a hoarse voice.
Then, I had a fever. That's the time I decided to really take a break and just rest. My mom prepared us lemon juice with honey and ginger. It's soothing!
January 9-15
This is the week when I first got my first pair of sponsors here - hello @Lhes and @ErdoV 🥰 I couldn't contain my happiness that time because I never thought someone will sponsor me that early.
January 16-22
I'm not really using my PayPal for online purchases. I only use it because I used to play games that pays through PayPal.
I've seen a lot of posts from my other socials regarding PayPal vouchers wherein they were able to claim free dollars and whenever I try to check mine, I'm not eligible.
So, when my friend from noisecash posted about this, I wasn't that hopeful that I also have one but still, I checked my account.
Who would've thought that that time, I'll be able to get my first voucher!! I was so happy that I took a screenshot to remember it. Sometimes, life gives us surprises when we least expect it.
January 23-31
Have you watched Our Beloved Summer? It's a k-drama on Netflix. My friend from college recommended it to me (she knows I like K-drama). It was then on-going so we need to wait every Monday and Tuesday for the updates.
Since we had our one week health break, we decided to watch episode 14 and 15 together.
Of course, we didn't just watch, we also get to tell each others problems, rants, and love life. We started at 10pm and ended the call at 2am. I had so much fun despite it being an online chitchat.
A lot happened last January, it feels like it was destined for me to really feel and remember each day but I'm still grateful I get to live another month.
How about you? What are your highs and lows last month?
Before I call it a day, I'd like to thank @Lucifer01 for the sponsorship ❤️ May you be blessed more! And also ate @Lhes for renewing the sponsorship 🥰 More more blessings to the both of you ✨
Thanks for dropping by! Til my next article ☕
